My Infinix phone is NOT meant for international use, it has been unfairly locked with an “International Lock”. It has been more than 10 days, and Infinix has failed completely to provide any real solution.
What is shocking is the way customer care deliberately avoids customers. Calls repeatedly disconnect due to fake or staged “technical voice issues”, which clearly appears to be a tactic to escape responsibility. This has happened multiple times and cannot be a coincidence.
⚠️ Serious Issues with Infinix:
International lock on a phone not meant for international use
10+ days of delay with zero resolution
Intentional call disconnections and avoidance
No escalation, no accountability, no timeline
Extremely poor software stability and restrictions
Misleading product and service behavior
This phone is NOT suitable even for Indian users. The software is unstable, support is unreliable, and restrictions are unclear.
