Poor Service

My Infinix phone is NOT meant for international use, it has been unfairly locked with an “International Lock”. It has been more than 10 days, and Infinix has failed completely to provide any real solution.
What is shocking is the way customer care deliberately avoids customers. Calls repeatedly disconnect due to fake or staged “technical voice issues”, which clearly appears to be a tactic to escape responsibility....

Missing accessories

I purchased INFINIX-GT-BOOK LAPTOP in October 2024 on FLIPKART and after the delivery i didn't got the GT-ACCESSORIES-KIT at that time i didn't know much and this was my first online purchase delivery boy said that you have to give me OTP and then complaint in the company and convince me so i provided the OTP and after checking it on my INVOICE its also mention on the invoice that their should be a GT-ACCESSORIES-KIT with the laptop in complained...

I purchased an Infinix Smart TV on 25th February 2025. Unfortunately, by mid-March, the TV stopped working suddenly. It is not receiving any power supply – no display, no indicator light, and the TV doesn’t turn on at all. I have confirmed that the power socket is functioning properly.
Since the product is under a 1-year warranty, I immediately contacted Infinix customer care, who registered my issue and said a technician would visit soon. However, it has been over 11+ days, and no service has been provided.
Infinix customer care later provided me with a service technician contact from Srikakulam:

I called Jayaram on March 28th, and he informed me that he would visit on Monday, March 31st. But when I contacted him on that day, he did not answer my calls, and later his phone was switched off.
I tried again the next day (Tuesday) and he said, “It will take another 10 days.” When I questioned him about the delay, reminding him that he had promised to visit on Monday, he had no proper response.
I called again on Wednesday, and this time, he directly said: "I will not come. Please contact customer care."
This is completely unprofessional and shows clear negligence from both the Infinix team and the assigned service personnel. My TV remains dead and unusable, and I am being forced to chase the technician and customer care repeatedly.

    We purchased Infinix Note 30 5G mobile on[protected] through Flipcart with one year warranty.Invoice No#FAIH[protected].Invoice Date:[protected].We lodged a complaint on not working of phone camera on June 15th 2024 at Carlcare service center (Sri Dharma sastha Electroninics), Srikakulam. The company replaced the mobile with new one on 5th of July 2024. Again the same problem of not working camera a raised to the replaced handset. we lodged the complaint again in the same service center on 1st August 2024 with complaint no.INJS[protected]. Till today the problem has been not resolved and the service center person not even lifting the phone. I am a employee and I need to do facial attendance daily. and some apps linked with phone IME no. which will work only in the given IME no. having mobiles. the tasks in it need live capturing. with this above problem i am suffering a lot. As the mobile not meeting the needs of my professional requirements. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible

      Subject: Physical damage complaint [infinix X1 pro]

      The physical damage occurred on [25/07/2023], i have finished my work with my lap and i shutdown it and close the monitor usually then it was happened. The plastic in monitor screen was broked. i don't know why this was happened. I have always taken great care of my laptop, and this incident came as a great disappointment.
      I have one year on-site warranty but i search for service and called but they couldn't pay attention or the number was switched off.
      Considering the investment I made in this laptop, I sincerely hope that a solution can be reached to restore its functionality. have enclosed photographs of the physical damage for your reference.

          I have bought laptop on sep last week 2022 … and my laptop got repaired and contacted customer care service … but ater that I received call on customer care center which is more then 30km away from my home ..: they call told that i shld bring laptop to center but in infinix channel the person told that lap will have door step service center but its wrong .. your totally fooling everyone and after gave to service center they told motherboard gone and they will change and give and now again system got fully stopped working… i need my money back or replace this item give another model …. Or elese i raise complaint on consumer care:… and iam not joking … my mail id : [protected]@gmail. Com please see to it … i need my rply back within 2 days .. or else ill make complaint on product … cheap product worst….

            I bought Infinix laptop INBOOK X1 on 24th may, after 1.5 months its webcam stopped working, with that sound was also not coming from laptop though from my side i did my best to resolve the issue, but i was only able to bring back the sound.

            I went to Infinix customer care center, revolving around for 5 days over there, i didn't get laptop issue resolved. I filed complaint in there company through company toll free number, and they suggested me new service centre i submitted my laptop over there since last Saturday date(6/08/2022) but till date they haven't provided me with the laptop and are making excuses regarding this...

            Please help me through this.

                I bought infinix hot 4 pro in aug 17.
                Now i am facing several bug problems like play store permission, upload/download speed reductions, sudden stop of more apps, etc.
                Including me more indian customers requesting some bug fix and updates of os.
                They never heard anyone.
                Now i can't use my phone with regular use. It's give me a mental pressure to me.
