We purchased a subscription to view CVs along with 1 Hot Job Post on 16th. However, I have been trying since 2 days, and unable to view the CVs.
It is showing an error of no sub-user exists. When I tried to create sub-users with 3 different IDs under nishanmkt.in domain, it gives an error that the sub-user already exists.
We have written emails to [protected]@naukri.com but with no replies. Furthmore, we tried reaching to the 2 customer care numbers[protected] &[protected], but the calls get disconnected automatically without speaking to customer care executives.
Please help and assist. Thanks.
