I submitted my mobile m530 on 25th of april at the service center. INFVJW[protected]DW. Still i did not get my mobile repaired. I spoken to the service center they are very friendly and they given me the customer care of INfocus to followup [protected] but the company customer care is so bad that i contacted nearly 20 times each time they say ur call will esclate and u will get a call in 4 hours and nothing happened till date and i did not get any call from them. why the company is so irresponsible to the customers. Its very difficult to me without mobile for nearly two months. Its under warranty. I never come across this type of arrogant and irresponsible company in my life.

i received the mobile yesterday after 57 days. The service center has replaced my board. The problem again started. My mobile sound is very low and its not showing my memory card also.
InFocus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
