Hey, here is payal jadon I didn't get Oreo version which they promised that . InFocus give Oreo version but till there no updation of ore version in my mobile #infocusvision3

This is to inform you that past from 3 years am using infocus vision 3 mobile but still I did not receive oreo update please send me the update link please do this as soon as possible...

I have purchased a infocus turbo5 mobile 1 year back during june 2019 i have replaced my battery due bulging problem from your customer service centre at dindigul. Three months after replacement of battery again i have same problem. I have approached your service centre at dindigul they have refused to replace the battery within warranty period i. E 6 months. I have charged rs.1400 during the replacement of original battery. Kindly attend my problem and replace my battery i assure that i am not over charging my cell.

I am using mobile infocus snap 4 past 6 month i am getting multiple complaints at the time of purchase but vendor not accept to refund, mobile i bring to service center more tan 3 time still my issue was not resolved
Battery problem still i am not ablet charge without swithoff and performance also very low i am getting error google not responding every time,

I am using your company phone infocus vision 3 and its working nice. But i didn't get any software update from a very long time. Please provide me with a new update. My imei no is [protected]. Sir i have purchased infocus epic 1the mobile phone is well good of mine and my family members too but please make a new software update with little bit new changes so it may look very well and charming and also make a status as compared to other android mobile phones, i really except some little bit changes in the device which will really help to compare the mobile with other compnay phones

Recently i purchased a infocus vision 3 from amazon... It is getting switched off automatically and then not opening... Even after charging it is not opening.. Then almost after nearly half an hour it is opening automatically... Also the phone is getting heated very much even after very less use... Its just been almost 3 days of purchasing the phone... I contacted the amazon customer care and they said me to return the phone whereas i just want it to be replaced with another new phone... Kindly help...

I bought thus mobile just an year ago, due to done physical damage it's backpanel got broken, i am trying for a spare part but it is not available even in the official service center, customer care executive are saying they stopped servicing this model but they are still selling the mobile in amazon, damn you infocus trust for you is broken, i can not even resell this mobile as the phone doesn't switch on can some one please help me on this

My device is infocus vision 3, 2gb ram, 16gb internal memory. This device information in description is battery is 4000mah but in device inbuilt battery is only 3000mah, i trying to check battery capacity in many applications, other phone information is correct but only battery is 3000mah, i call to infocus costemer care and said my problem he's told to me we not suggest to check phone information in third-party applications, go infocus gallery and check this. And i check in gallery then result is same. But infocus company not solved my problem.

Infocus — not updating oreo android version for infocus vision 3 mob

Hi this is himanshu dandotiya from morena m. P i have an issue with infocus mobile company, this company has claimed on amazon that they will give new update for infocus vision3 mobile by june 2018, but they are not providing their services as they promised to consumer.

So i request you to take sctrict action for this fraud, so that in future no one company will think of doing something like this

My mobile submit in above service dated 05/sep/2018 due to software updating but i call after few days he says mobile board problem he change board but mobile not working after he says connecter problem and connecter change but mobile not working finely he says mobile will be sent infocus co. But mobile not getting till date

I bought a infous vision 3 mobile in march and the handset has been giving me troubles since then sometimes the display won't work i have given it to the service center twice, they kept my phone for 15 days each time i gave it to them, it is disturbing my work schedule and i'm having very hectic time getting it to the service center each time and every time they are taking at least 8-9 days to repair and after that i'm still facing problem with my display, it is getting very annoying for me. I would kindly request you to look into the issue asap.

Such a pathetic mobile and service by infocus purchased mobile and within 2 months its touch pad stopped working. I had submitted the mobile to service centre and its 15th day my phone is still not repaired by them and whenever you call them they extend the date by saying that phone part is coming from out of country this kind of service is such a painfull and unprofessional by infocus. I would say never buy infocus any mobile you will be regret after that this is my experience and still waiting for mobile

May 2017 rs.1000/- was deposit for repair. At the time of deposit they said that it will take 2 – 3 month to repair it but till date not repair or return our phone to me.

After many followup, complaint through mail on 08/08/2018.

Very bad phone... Started hanging from the very first day... I could open the sim slot only once then i found out that the lock was broken... Then suddenly on 1 august, 2018 the gas from the battery started coming out and it blasted... I would have lost my life... My house would have burnt down... Now i need my money back as soon as possible... Brand new phone blasted very badly... The processor is very very very slow... No game works properly... The screen is very tough... It has a typing problem too... If you don't see to this issue i will complaint to the consumer forum... I need my money back... I just need my money back... I didn't expect this from infocus... Pls see to this matter... Otherwise i have to take higher step against it bcz it was a brand new phone... I bought it 3 months ago... And now i don't have a phone now what... I had purchased my infocus m 810 phone via Snap deal in Oct 2015 . From last week my phone not starting when ever I tried to switch on the phone just company's logo comes on screen and not furthermore booting . So I visited the service centre situated at Janak Puri, New Delhi and given my phone for repairs.
Yesterday the service centre told me they're not in condition to repair and told me to take my phone and visit the Nehru place center as they had all the facility. When I visited there today they didn't take my phone and casually told even without looking or examine it that it cannot be repaired.
Is Infocus company's phone not repairable and had life less then 3 yrs
