[Resolved] Infonex — withdrawal of case | |
I have received a legal agreement from the company infonex - gujarat for captcha work and later on login id details.in next further few days i have contacted one of their staff named priyanka and informed that i cannot join work. And today on 11th january 2020 i have recievd a call from their legal advocate that case has filled against me for non - completion of work. I have contacted them and informed the legal agreement is baseless as the major facts are as follows: 1. Legal agreement has been dated 19/09/2019 but i have contacted you for the work in the month of december 2019 then how can the legal agreement be dated 19/09/2019. 2. My signature does not match with the signature on the legal agreement. The signature which you have managed by frogery by signing on my behalf is illegal under section 465 of indian penal code. On basis of fact i. E. Date is wrong and signature is forged Which means the legal agreement is illegal and baseless It would be helpful to take action immediately. Please contact at the earliest. As I have been recieving continous calls from the legal advocate Kishore of Infonex Company - Gujarat (Captcha work) and also confirmation message that the case has been filled. Jan 12, 2020 Updated by Mohammad Sharfunnisa Respected sir/madam, I kindly request you to resolve the issue soon because I am getting alot of tension because the legal advocate representative - Karan of Infonex company - Gujarat has filled case against me for non-completion of captcha work based on legal agreement abd also I have received a message from the company of confirmation of filling of case for the same I will be receiving copy of notice by registered post. But the fact is I have not signed any legal agreement it is all forgery and my signature doesn't match with the signature in the legal agreement. I kindly request and beg you please resolve the case because there were asking Rs.9, 400 as penalty which is huge amount for me as I belong to lower middle class. Please i beg you please resolve the issue and take action against them. I am unable to concentrate on any work due to tension and if my parents will come to know about this they cannot handle this especially my mother (as she is heart patient) and Rs.9, 400 is huge amount Please I beg you please take action against them and resolve the issue I have actually informed one of their staff named priyanaka after getting login details that I cannot join work. And I did not login even once to the particular login details as given by Infonex because my mother was not well and she was admitted so I had refused to do work immediately after receiving the login details and which I have communicated the same to Priyanaka Madam.
