Threating to pay huge amount or other wise they will cancel my aadhar card and pan card..

I enquired for a work from home. So a person contacted me and told me about the online captcha work where i have to complete 10000 captcha and they will pay me 30000rs. And only 1000 captcha mistakes were allowed. They sent me a agreement and took my adhar card and pancard details. While doing the captcha there was no difference between small letter l and capital letter i so my mistakes crossed 1000 in 3 to 4 days so i stopped doing the work. Now they are saying me to pay 9400rs. And i checked for the company and got to know the company is a fraud. And they are saying that they can block my addhar card and pan card. So please help me.

I have received a link over Whats-app regarding some work of Captcha codes so i started it but i was not aware that they will not allow me to quit it. I have registered on the site and feeded my all personal details and now they are demanding Rs 2, 50, 000/- Please help me and now they are sending me messages that they have started legal proceeding against me and sending a notice at my address. Please help me i was not aware of all these things they are saying that i have signed a contract with them but i really don't know when did this happened.

Within a few minutes, i got a mail from them saying that you signed an agreement (Which i'm unaware of) that you are liable to pay 9400 inr in the event of not reaching 90% accuracy. Without my permission, they have filed an agreement call not answering...after some days I'm getting calls continuously stating that you have to pay to the company against agreement cancellation which I don't know anything. They called me as a legal team i.e advocate..They told me pay legal charges otherwise they file case against me about contract break..I am getting scared and I pay some amount to them.. After that they said that you have to pay contract break charges to company otherwise you have to present in Court and you will charged 3.50-4 lakh.. Everytime they create some issue and and said about same legal procedure and taking legal action against you...I cleared all the amount as they said.. Totally I paid 2 lakh to them...They told me you will not receive any call after that... Everytime they said about legal charges and settlement.. After that once again they call me said that your agreement not clear you have to pay another amount to clear but I have no money because I already paid beyond my limitations..After one day they settle down to minimum amount..They are continuously called me and said that if you not pay this your whole amount that I paid earlier was meaningless..your case not close and you haveto present in Court of Delhi and do legal procedure which cost more that this amount..I am completely helpless..I don't have any amount to do further anything.. Please pls close this agreement... Please take quick action against them and resolve this issue quickly.. Please help me

I got a call from a person saying they are providing online typing job. They send me the details through watsup and said on typing 10000 captcha in 10 days, i will be paid 30000. They told utility charges 9400 will be detected from 1st month salary but i couldn't complete the work. After the deadline, i was asked to pay 9400 as utility charges or else they will take the matter legally. One advocate called me and treaten me to pay. I paid 9400. After that i got a call from infonex asking me to pay 7500 to cancel the agreement. But i denied.. They called again and again. Give mental pressure. Please help me in this matter.

I searched for online jobs in quikr.com. I applied there.. I got a call from a company saying by typing captcha online you will earn money. He send me the details through watsup. For typing 10000 capcha in 10 days you will get 30000. I was forced to join.. But couldn't complete the work because many capcha went wrong.. I enquired for the problem but they didn't respond properly.. After the deadline they ask me to pay utility charges 9400 so that u will be free from the legal matters which they fix my sign in the agreement which is unaware of me. I paid it.. Again they threatening me to pay 7500 or else they will file fir against me. I didn't pay.. Please help me in this matter..

I enquire for work so a person contact me told me about captcha for some reason I can't complete my first section when First time i ask the man two leave about job they said u can leave job after complete section I can't complete my work then I pay plenlty 9400 but after that i want two leaves job they said me by lawyer thar if you want to leave job you can pay 26000 and if you can stay pay 47000 please help me they theateren me two court case and many things please help me close the agreement and resolve the issue.

So, when i accepted the job, they had sent me two links, one of which opened to an app and they called me and asked to upload my photo and signature, voter id card. Within a few minutes, i got a mail from them saying that you signed an agreement (Which i'm unaware of) that you are liable to pay 9400 if you donot reach 90% accuracy. Without my permission, they have filed an agreement call not answering after agreement. Very irresponsible person not answer my phone after agrerment they shall not help me for working didnt count my captchas after 160 entries it will be zero count. I asked them for clarification but they didn't. If i quit in middle wanted to pay 9400. Please take quick action against them and resolve this issue quickly.
After completion of my deadline they are saying that they will seek an advocate to file an complaint against me as they already have my legal voter id card details and photo and saying to pay the amount 9400.
Please kindly take frequently action on my request...

I had registered for a fata entry work online to the company infonex they asigned me something and bought my sign and adhaar card pics they giv me an app for work but it was fully fraud when i reached 160 it will directly changed to 2 or 5 my friend was witness for all this and i too having the screenshots.
Then i request the man who registered my name to cancel my agreement but he was not allowing and then before someday i got a email that they registered a complaint about me that i had lied..
Really i havnt do anything i am trapped please help me please
They had provided a fake customer care number too.

I have searched for online home jobs and one day a company called infonex told it's a simple work the like captcha i started working in infonex captcha online. After 4 days i understood it's is fraud and i quit the work they r saying i have to pay one lakh if i dont work or i have to go to court please help me. They are threatning me.. Please help me

I started working in a captcha company for 10 days working they said that i need pay9400 if i didn't completed work.. And i was not able to complete it so i paid 9400 to them now they are asking me 15000 rs for canceling my agreement and they are saying i sould pay it in 20 minute or else they will take action against me.

Hi sir on i received a call from infonex agent contact num he spoken with me about 10, 000 captcha have to enter within 10 days and they pay me 29, 000 rs out of 30, 000 rs remain for server charges and he said, on any time if i can't complete the work with in time by saying to him he will cancel the work then no need to pay penalty charges 9, 400 rs. So i agreed & taken the work as he said i will get verification call just say ok to every question ofter that if i have any doughts on work he said he will clarify. So verification call completed and i received the work within 30minr with out my knowledge i received a mail as agreement.in that document if i can't able to complete the work within 10 days or invalid 1000 captcha entered i have to pay 9, 400 rs. Instantly i called to agent to cancel my work he said ok and he will update the status within 2 hrs. Ofter that he not lifting the call and not responding to whatsapp messages even he seen them and ofter 3 days i started receiving mail as my quality not reached 90%.

Sir i was join to work captcha filling.. They offer me 10000 captcha and give me 22500.. After install the mac2 app.. Signature in 1 app (I don't know). After signature nobody picking my call. And also found this company is fraud.. And also send mail continue and msg.. Please look.. Adv told me file a case against me.. Please look. I m in stress... Sir please look..

I received a call from this company saying that they will provide a captcha typing work to me for which there are no registration fee and the activation fee will be charged after finishing the work. I agreed and they asked me to send my signature, photograph and aadhar card to begin the work. A man called naresh patel (Phone number [protected]) was giving me instructions through whats app. After doing 150 captcha work serial number of the work went down to 1. And i asked him about this and he did not gave me any answer. I waited for his answer 24 hours and informed him " my doubts not cleared and i quit work.
After 10 days this company has given me legal notice to pay them rs.9400/-
They have also sent me agreement with my signature and photograph, they have never told me to sign an agreement. Kindly help me to get out this problem

They ask my adhaar card and they send me a software where i need to sign, i followed there instructions after that they edited my signature on 100 rs stamp paper, by seeing the agreement i am requested them to cancel the agreement but they asked me to pay the amount of 10000 or complete the work, i completed the work with in the time, but after that now they are sending daily msgs and calls ， please help me sir, i am got scared, please resolve my problem

Hello sir my name asma begum, 15 days before i got a call from infonex [protected] offering about the captcha job and they asked me about the personal details adhaar card and they sent me a two software files downloaded from whatsapp and one is the working software tool related captcha and another is signature, i sign it by following their instructions, i just think that it is normal procedure to ensure a candidate later they send the 100 rs stamp paper notice in that my signature was edited, i wanted to cancel my agreement but they forced me to do a work other wise they claim money, i got scared to pay 9400 so that i completed my work as per their agreement with in 10 days, after 4 days of complition of my work they are send me a mail that you are not completed the work, you have to pay the penalty amount as per indian contract act please help me to resolve this problem sir i am getting call from educate gautam they blackmailing to pay one lack 20k

Paid 9400. Now they are telling me i have to go delhi court for verification. And also i have terminated my aggrement. And they are telling you have to go delhi court for verification. And i told them when you are signing me on that app you take digital signature and when i terminated that aggrement they are saying you have to go delhi. I didn't understand what happening. Please take quick action. I had my pay my amount and also terminated the aggrement and i'm not going anywhere for the verification. This is fraud company.

I got call from an agent he told me about work that i will get 10000 captche work out of which only 1000 mistake are neglected if it gets more than i have to pay 9400. Agent took my id proof and asked me to sign on white paper when i asked he said it is for security payment. Later he said u will get letter but in mail i got a rs100 stamp paper on which my sign was there. I told agent i don't want to work bcz without telling me before you made me sign on stamp paper. He said u will get id and password but i mailed to customer care center that i don't want to work. Agent also said ok but now a lawyer divish bhatt is calling me and sending me mail that they had filed a case against me if i won't pay 9400 with interest that is 4500. They will register the case and see to it that arrest warrant is issued against me and if don't want to get arrest then i have to pay[protected] amount to the company please help me.

They called me and asked for my aadhar card. But i submitted my voter id. They told me to complete 10000 captcha in 10 days for which they'll give 26400. If i didnt complete the task in 10 days then ill have to pay 9400. I started the job ams after 1500 captcha the counting stopped and i was unable to log in my mac2cap account. I sent an email to them they said there's no problem in there server. And i am responsible for it. Then i refused to do the job. After 10 days they are asking me for money amd telling me that they'll file a case against me if i didnt give them money. I am a student and i don't know what to do. Please help me to get out of this. I am worried. Help me. They are calling me again and again and asking me for money. They have sent a legal notice against me. Please help me.

Helo sir they asked for 10 days of captch work. If work not complete 9400rs have to pay. But they didn't inform for 11months of agreement and 9400rs have to pay per month bases...in the agreement form it is there but unfortunately i signed that form and after 10days i got a mail from advocate and asked to 9400 i paid and they told agreement will cancel after paying they are asked to pay 21980 to close

Hi! My name is khanring and while i was looking for a part time job, a person from infonex called me and inform me about completing 10, 000 captchas in 10 days at 3 rs per captchas without any deposit, after i gave my consent he send me 2 mail for mac2cap and its agreement software, and also he told me that i'll receive a call from infonex and ask me to say yes of the terms and conditions after that i receive a call from a lady and i just say yes and then i download it and at the same time he asked me to give my signature.
After working with all my effort for a week i came to realise that its a fraud company, where at first in the report section of the app i found my result as low as 70% where in a session 1/3 are almost found wrong which is totally unacceptable also their capital i and small l are almost exact.
Now i am receiving endless call demanding to pay rs 9, 400/- and a msg was send filing of a case.
Kindly help me out, iam harassing and tortured mentally for a hard labour which i toiled.

And they asked me to upload my photo, signature and adhaar card. If i complete that work they will pay 30000rs to me. While i doing the captcha work there was no difference between small letter (L) and big letter (I) so i got somany mistakes. And that app is not working properly.in that not showing how much captcha i have completed. Its not working properly. I sending message in whatsapp to agent to complaint he is not replying. So i have incompleted that captcha work. Then i got call from advocate to pay 9400rs to company. If i not pay 9400rs to company they send me legal notice from court to me. And he said me to go to court and pay 80000rs in court. And i checked for the company and got know the company is a fraud. So please help me. I am requesting you to solve my problem as soon as posible.

Offering me a part time home base job of captcha typing saying that if i complete 90% of correct captcha within 10 days will earn 22500/-. And nikhil sharma manipulate me then i'm agree to join then within one hour she send one online agreement mail then i signed it. After that she was called again for confirm the job and which time to i start that job. After that my family was not agree to do that work then i was called to sana nikhil sharma but he don't answered me then i was what's up to her i'm not doing that work and request to don't completed my procedure then he told me i call you tomorrow after that he don't respond any think and company don't send any work mail to me. I am afraid now he will call me and demand for money. Please do the needful help and take strong steps owards such a fake company.

A few days back on 10 jan 2020, i got a message on whatsapp from an unknown number about part time job. As i have applied for part time job through quickr app so i started to reply. They said i have to complete 10000 captcha in 10 days. I agreed to that and they asked me for my aadhar card photo, my photo and signature. I gave them and they sent me a legal agreement where they stated i have to complete my work on time with 90% accuracy but when i started working i found some issues about app crashing again and again etc. So i tried to contact them i called them on the help line but they didn't received my calls. As i have a legal contract so i am afraid that i have to pay rs 9400 as penalty. Please help me!!

I'm also facing same problem as other. Please help me. They send me messages and emails about legal action taken by them. Also send me a legal notice. So please tell me how to deal with such a fraud people as early as possible.
They said if i'm not pay rs. 9400+4500 they will file a case against me. Also send legal notice at home.
