I got a hosting plan: gold unlimited from infosky solutions, https://www.infoskysolutions.com/web-hosting-unlimited.php ; they said 99.9% is the uptime but after 1 week having issue in my site and website went down for more than 3-4 hours in everyday. When i try to contact their support they said this is a cheap hosting plan and what most you can expect from this cheap hosting plan. They are asking me to purchase another plan of rs. 11500 per year for better server.
What i found that this company make peoples fool by offering cheap web hosting and when you need good hosting solution they will offer heavy priced plan. I moved my hosting account and what else???
I lost rs. 4000 in one week. No resolution and very rude behavior with their customers, like i'm a beggar and they are offering me favor.
The company is from dum dum, kolkata. If i was in kolkata, i would have must visit their office.. Even don't know they have listed their actual address of office or not. Beware and don't be fooled by them.

What was your Domain Name and registered email Id with us?
We give too much importance of our customers, Why are you casting this false rumour ? If you have faced any problem give us your details we will investigate about this, because till today we have not any unsatisfied hosting customer.

It is totally a wrong statement, if it has happened, then it would be impossible for us to make a large number of satisfied client list.

Our hosting plan starts with 100 MB, so your mentioned plan is not the cheapest one at all. Whatever hosting service plan you have bought we care our customers with same importance. We give support to our customers until they are satisfied. Also, we assure the Money back guaranty within 1 month, if we could not provide proper support or product.

Show us your invoice that you have received for purchasing that service.

We are Kolkata based company and most of our clients are from Kolkata, West Bengal. Also most of our clients are from Government sector. Maximum number of clients visit our office for purchasing their services. You can also visit at our office address that is listed on our website if you have any confusion. Then you will understand that it is completely a vain attempt to provoke others about the existence of the company like Infosky Solutions.
Still we have not received any reply from you. If you were ever our client then why don’t you co-operate with us by sharing your domain name and registered email-id.
We have investigated from our end, as per our last six months record we do not have any client, who has left our Unlimited hosting server service. So we request you to provide your domain name and mail id so that we can scrutinize properly, otherwise we will assume it as a fraudulent post.
