Submitted balance transfer DD 2.5 lacs from HDFC to IDFC. confirmation text received. Account still open. Notified me after 1 yr. Harassment is unbearable. Abusive threatening calls, home visits, telling neighbors and security abt me being fraud etc.
Have sat for hrs at their andheri office to get my DD back. Have been waiting for my DD since 8mnths, also paid EMI during this period. Still no idea where my DD is. I dont want to pay any more interest. As its their fault. I request compensation for harassment to me and my family members and friend..
