[Resolved]  Infrastructure Development Finance Company [IDFC] — IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds[protected] Tranche 1

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am holding physical bond No.IDD0223227 of IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds which was matured on 30.12.21.

I came to know that my refund cheque was despatched to my address which returned was undelivered at your end on 7.1.22.

Later on I have updated my profile and uploaded my documents in the site www.idfcfirstbank.com/investors/bonds on 5.1.22 vide reference No.ID87903329 and I received validation credit of Re.1.00 in my bank account on 5.1.22 itself.

Later on I contacted your customer care and I have been informed that my cancelled cheque was not uploaded in the site but I am dam sure I have uploaded the same. However, I have mailed scanned image of cancelled cheque in your mail id [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com. When I contacted IDFC customer care after two days, they have confirmed receipt of the same and updation in their site and confirmed my maturity amount will be transferred to my account within 3 to 4 days but nothing happened till date.

Incidentally I got three same mails from KFin Technologies asking me to update my bank details in their site. When I tried to update the same in their site I received an Alert message "Alert! Request Updated Reference No.ID87903329". Hence I could not move forward. I have informed the same to their mail id einward.[protected]@kfintech.com with cc to your id [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com.

No action was taken till now. They are sending same repeated automatic mails.

Request you to kindly interfere and arrange to resolve my issue on an urgent basis.

Mailed all the details to idfc and Kfinrech and followed up several times. At last they refunded the money yesterday by NEFT
Infrastructure Development Finance Company [IDFC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
