The bond matured after 10 years on 21st February and I received mail from IDFC Bank saying the redemption payment will be processed on 22nd February through NEFT. Its 28th March and I have not received my redemption payment.
All my mails to einward.[protected]@kfintech.com and [protected]@kfintech.com
have standard automated response that the payment will be made through NEFT and another response that the "team is working on your request and will revert to you", but nobody ever reverts.
I have been trying their toll free number (The only contact number available) [protected] for the past 5 days and its constantly busy from 9.30 -5.30 pm. Nobody bothers to respond.
The only way to contact them is by either wasting one's time trying to call the toll free number or by sending emails and receiving automated response. Today again i tried to send mail to kfintech and it says, the INBOX IS FULL, please try later.
WHAT KIND OF A COMPANY IS THIS?
Is this why we invest our hard earned money for 10 years and be treated in such a shoddy manner by IDFC Bank and Kfintech.
I hope there is some other way of escalating my concern regarding the unprofessional services of IDFC, IDFC Bank and Kfintech.
Infrastructure Development Finance Company [IDFC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
