My IDFC long term infra bond tranche2 (series 2 issued on Feb 2011) matured on 21.2.2021. I'm having a hard copy of the certificate. Not received maturity amount yet till now! No changes in my Bank details or Address.
Please reply and release money immidiately.

Iam Sooliyanna Shetty having 4 bonds of IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds bearing Registered Folio No. IDBO123898 distinctive Nos. [protected] to [protected]. which have been matured on 21st Feb 2021. I used to get the Interest cheque delivered at my home address on time.

But this year I haven't yet received the interest of Rs 1600.00. As the bonds are matured, i wish to get back the money of Rs 20000.00 invested in the bonds. my Phone Number is [protected]

Request to refund my maturity amount .Registered Folio No:IDB0383613. I have not received any letters regarding these bonds till date from IDFC

I have four numbers o[censored]nit : IDFC FIRST BANK LIMITED - INFRA BOND TRANCHE 1, Folio No: IDA0314110. Maturity of which was nov 20. I have sent all the details to KFin Technologies Pvt Ltd. In spite of three months, payment has not been received. Enumerous mails have been sent to KFin Technologies Pvt Ltd. but all in vain.

Please arrange for early settlement of the issue.

I have 4 bonds of IDFC, Folio # IDBO299901 with maturity date as 21st Feb 2021. I am still waiting for the receipt of the same.

I am C R Jayamurthi. I purchased 4 bonds totally for Rs.20000.00 and the maturity date is 21.02.2021. I have not received any letter from the company. I have sent the original certificate to KARVY for early redemption on 12.04.2016. I have not received any reply from Karvy. I have the xerox copy of the bond. I have been allotted 04 nos.of IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds - Tranche 2 of Registered Folio No. IDB0329689, Series -2, Distinctive Nos [protected] -- [protected]. This bond has matured on[protected] but I have not received the redemption amount. I have given several emails from registered email id in this regard to einward.[protected]@kfintech.com but no reply i received. I have also talked with karvy on tollfree no.[protected]. He told me that my DD will be sent to me by post. But I have not received the DD till now.
So i request you to provide complete details of speed post/ courier with contact no. & consingment no. So that i could trace my document online.

I was told by one your represenative i would receive a check and it has been dispatched... still have not received the check...

The bond matured after 10 years on 21st February and I received mail from IDFC Bank saying the redemption payment will be processed on 22nd February through NEFT. Its 28th March and I have not received my redemption payment.
All my mails to einward.[protected]@kfintech.com and [protected]@kfintech.com
have standard automated response that the payment will be made through NEFT and another response that the "team is working on your request and will revert to you", but nobody ever reverts.
I have been trying their toll free number (The only contact number available) [protected] for the past 5 days and its constantly busy from 9.30 -5.30 pm. Nobody bothers to respond.
The only way to contact them is by either wasting one's time trying to call the toll free number or by sending emails and receiving automated response. Today again i tried to send mail to kfintech and it says, the INBOX IS FULL, please try later.
WHAT KIND OF A COMPANY IS THIS?
Is this why we invest our hard earned money for 10 years and be treated in such a shoddy manner by IDFC Bank and Kfintech.
I hope there is some other way of escalating my concern regarding the unprofessional services of IDFC, IDFC Bank and Kfintech.

On 02-Feb-2021, I have sent a mail to einward.[protected]@kfintech.com,
[protected]@idfcfirstbank.com asking for the procedure for redemption of "IDFC long term infrastructure bonds - Tranche 2" as the maturity date was on 21-Feb-2021.

On 05-Feb-2021, I got a automated reply with "Ref: IDFB/287654" as below:-

Though i have shared all the requested information like blank cheque, redemption request etc, I see no credit till date.

My bond matured on 21st. Feb'2021, but till now I have not received the matured amount. My folio no. 1DB0320319.
So, how do i get my money back?

My idfc bonds were due for redemption on 21st feb 2021 but I have not received any amount in my bank nor have received any communication.

Not got any intimation regarding redemption nor any redemption details .Enclosed is the copy of bond .P look into the matter and intimate.

In-spite of maturity of bond i have not received any communication in this regard for redemption on maturity nor i have got credit in my bank account.

SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT KFINTECH MEANS THROUGH THEIR INCONSISTENT MAILS.
IF THEY SEND THE REDEMPTION THROUGH CHEQUE BY POST IT WILL NEVER REACH ME BECAUSE DESPITE SENDING A REQUEST FOR CORRECTING MY ADDRESS, THEY AGAIN RECORDED MY WRONG ADDRESS AND NOW THEY SAY THE LAST DATE FOR UPDATING CHANGE IN ADDRESS HAS LAPSED.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RECORDING THE SAME INCORRECT ADDRESS DESPITE PROVIDING THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS IN JANUARY 2021 ITSELF WAY BEFORE THE CUT OFF DATE. KFINTECH TOOK 12 DAYS TO RESPOND AND AGAIN RECORDED THE SAME INCORRECT ADDRESS FOR WHICH I HAD MADE A REQUEST FOR CHANGE.

AND NOW BECAUSE OF A MISTAKE ON THE PART OF KFINTECH I AM BEING PENALISED AND INFORMED THAT I HAVE MISSED THE CUT OFF DATE??

Is there a date by which IDFC intends to process the redemption amount. How can they send such a definite mail and keep quite.
This unprofessional attitude after 10 years of investing in long term bonds in a company like IDFC is absolutely disappointing and disgusting AND THEIR SERVICES AND COMMUNICATION VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
