Inspite of multiple follow up (series of emails) with Kfintech and I have uploaded details on 6th Jan 2022 till date not received maturity amount for folio number 0281412.

I have written to them so many times, that the link which is present to update bank details doesnt work.

I have emailed all relevant documents for BANK detail updation, but I have not received any confirmation for money transfer.

They keep sending back reply saying update details .with same above link, which is not working .

I have purchased 4 no. of IDFC Bond on 30/12/2011, which is matured on 30/12/2021, but till date i have not received maturity amount. Pl. do the needful & inform the status.

Please refer IDFC infra bond Regd folio No IDD0237060. I have invested Rs. 20000/ for FOUR bonds with a maturity value Rs. 11840 / each so the total value of the bond is Rs.47360.
After long persuasion the registrar of the bond issue K Fin tech has credited only Rs 41888/ in my account .on 01/02/2022

Reminders sent to the registrar and the IDFC bank to remit the balance amount Rs . 5472 /, but no one is responding or replying .

Please do needful to credit into my account.

With reference to your mail dated 10th Jan 2022, it is submitted that my account has not been yet credited till today on the time period of 8 or 10 days given by you. I have requested since 19th December 2021 for redemption of 4 IDFC BONDS, which was already matured on 30th December 2021. How much more time I have to wait?? Please do the needful at the earliest.

Despite repeated requests through several emails, I am still waiting for redemption of matured bonds. All documents have already submitted through emails dated 19.01.21, 21.01.21, 24.01.21 etc. No positive response have received till now. My account was credited with Re 1 twice on 21.01.21 and 03.01.22.
Expected an early solution.

Maturity proceeds of the abobe bonds have not been received. Details are as follows

I purchased IDFC long term infrastructure bond Tranche 1 in the year[protected] and Folio no. IDD0257810; which got matured on 30th December'2021. I have updated my address, bank detail on 17th December'2021. Till now I have written several emails to this email IDs [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com and einward.[protected]@kfintech.com, but unfortunately nothing has happened.
Please expedite and help me to get the matured amount.

I haven't received any response from the IDFC infrastructure bond team even after multiple reminders. It is a negligence from your end by issuing a cheque with wrong account number. All the details asked for ECS has been given and the account details are updated is showing in the tracking id status provided from your end.
but further process or payment has not been released.
No response from any team

The above subject "Infra Bond" matured on 31st December 2021 but the matured amount has not been remitted yet to my Bank account, registered with you. I have already informed my concern through emails, addressed to the ids' "einward.[protected]@kfintech.com" & "[protected]@idfcfirstbank.com" on 11th & 13th Jan 2022. It was informed per return mail that the matter will be looked into but without result till date.

In view of the above, I would request for necessary action to immediately remit the matured amount to my registered bank account.

I had subscribed a sum of Rs.20, 000/-for purchase of 4 IDFC bonds[Tranche 1] on 12.12.20211 through my application form No.55024802. The subscription was paid through account payee che.no.998130 dated 12.12.2011 which was drawn on SBI Main Branch, Kanpur. The above amount was debited by my bank account on 16.12.2011. But till date I have neither any information about the allotment of above mentioned bonds nor any information regarding redemption of bonds. Please resolve the issue.

My having IDFC Infrastructure Bond in physical format. The Maturity date falls on 21.03.2021. Now, I want to check whether bank details and Address. are updated. Further, I want to know to procedure how to claim my maturity amount.

I have submitted request to change my bank details for redemption of Infrastructure bonds around 4 weeks ago and there is no response to the request.

Folio: IDD0234585 redemption amount not get credited after 1month of maturity date.

In this connection, I may be suitable guided for my updation. I tried all toll free number, and i am NOT getting full response. I am enclosing the pdf of my allotment advice. Please do the needful.

In my car fasttag issued by IDFC still, the chasis number MAKGM657AH4206652 is linked and not the vehicle registration number. There is no online option and customer care is not picking up calls

Holding 4 nos IDFC INFRA BONDS TRENCH 2. folio no IDB0149982. I had received refund cheque no 012198 for Rs 21604/- dtd 22.2.2021 but remained undeposited by me. I had sent original cheque for refund and one more cheq no 009195 for Rs 1600/- dtd 21/2/2019 pertaining to yearly interest., (both cheqs remained undeposited by me though oversight, and were sent in original along with covering letter) to Kfintech, Hyderabad on 28/6/21 which were received by them on 3rd july 2021. cheques were sent through Professional Couriers. following up since 12/10/2021. On 12th November, as per their mail I had sent copies of my PAN and copy of cancelled cheque. yet no refund received to my account . On follow up, repeated reply to "send the PAN and cheque copy." is sent to me. I would also like to have a phone number other than call center where i can speak to right person.
