The above subject "Infra Bond" matured on 31st December 2021 but the matured amount has not been remitted yet to my Bank account, registered with you. I have already informed my concern through emails, addressed to the ids' "einward.[protected]@kfintech.com" & "[protected]@idfcfirstbank.com" on 11th & 13th Jan 2022. It was informed per return mail that the matter will be looked into but without result till date.

In view of the above, I would request for necessary action to immediately remit the matured amount to my registered bank account.

    Non receipt of bonds redemption amount

    Respected Madam/sir
    I had subscribed a sum of Rs.20, 000/-for purchase of 4 IDFC bonds[Tranche 1] on 12.12.20211 through my application form No.55024802. The subscription was paid through account payee che.no.998130 dated 12.12.2011 which was drawn on SBI Main Branch, Kanpur. The above amount was debited by my bank account on 16.12.2011. But till date I have neither any information about the allotment of above mentioned bonds nor any...

            Best wishes to you. My name is S. Lakshminarayanan, working in GST Department. I have one IDFC Long Term Instructure Bonds[protected] Tranche2, which is getting matured by March, 2022. Since I am not having Ledger Folio Number I am not able to login to the website and update my Account details. My RL.No. is Z73657 Ref No.Z735071 Application no. 74501334. In this connection, I may be suitable guided for my updation. I tried all toll free number, and i am NOT getting full response. I am enclosing the pdf of my allotment advice. Please do the needful.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I am holding physical bond No.IDD0223227 of IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds which was matured on 30.12.21.

              I came to know that my refund cheque was despatched to my address which returned was undelivered at your end on 7.1.22.

              Later on I have updated my profile and uploaded my documents in the site www.idfcfirstbank.com/investors/bonds on 5.1.22 vide reference No.ID87903329...

              IDFC Long term Infrastructure Bonds[protected] Certificate no-371737 to 371740 ( regd folio no- IDD0294735 & Certificate no- 294735) in the name of SABYASACHI MUKHOPADHYAY has not yet received buyback value, though the buyback date has elapsed on 30/12/2021. I have submitted all necessary documents namely photo identity, cancelled cheque.

                  In my car fasttag issued by IDFC still, the chasis number MAKGM657AH4206652 is linked and not the vehicle registration number. There is no online option and customer care is not picking up calls

                    Holding 4 nos IDFC INFRA BONDS TRENCH 2. folio no IDB0149982. I had received refund cheque no 012198 for Rs 21604/- dtd 22.2.2021 but remained undeposited by me. I had sent original cheque for refund and one more cheq no 009195 for Rs 1600/- dtd 21/2/2019 pertaining to yearly interest., (both cheqs remained undeposited by me though oversight, and were sent in original along with covering letter) to Kfintech, Hyderabad on 28/6/21 which were received by them on 3rd july 2021. cheques were sent through Professional Couriers. following up since 12/10/2021. On 12th November, as per their mail I had sent copies of my PAN and copy of cancelled cheque. yet no refund received to my account . On follow up, repeated reply to "send the PAN and cheque copy." is sent to me. I would also like to have a phone number other than call center where i can speak to right person.

Rakesh Agarwal, is holding 4 IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bond[protected]Trache1 under Application id[protected]Reference number-230381). Bonds were purchased on December 30, 2011 and maturing period was of 10years which expired on December 30, 2021. The said bonds were allotted in Demat form.

                          As per the terms of the issuance/allotment of the said Bonds, the maturity amount was supposed to be automatically get credited in Bank account, but the same did not happened. Thereafter, I enquired with DP and it was informed to be that no such Bond holding is reflecting in my demat account.

                          As I am a senior citizen and in urgent need of funds, request you to look into the matter and take immediate actions to transfer the maturing amount in my Bank account.

                            I hold four nos of IDFC infrastructures Bonds of value Rs.5000/- each in the year 2011 . The bonds matured on 21 Feb 2021. The total maturity amount works out to Rs. 43, 200/- (4*10800). The bonds are held in Demat form in the system of ICICIDirect.com .

                            I have not received the maturity amount so far. Please deposit my maturity value along with interest for the delayed period.

                                I also have the NOC received for the bank, many times i requested bank to share the update to the credit bureaus but it didn't bother to do so.
                                It is still showing as written off in Equifax report.

                                  I have been issued fastag for my car KA03MQ7646 on registered mobile no [protected].
                                  The account now shows debit balance of Rs 1150.00
                                  I haven't used car on toll road for long time.
                                  Whenever it iwas used I recharged my fastag with much more amount.
                                  How the account goes in debit with4 using services?
                                  Bank customer care does not respond.
                                  Websites have no option to enquire or lodge complaints.
                                  Kindly instruct bank to reverse illegitimate debit and provide statement on my emai4 :[protected]@gmail.com".
                                  Bank should have complaint and redressal system.
                                  Call center no. direct to visit websites and website is absent of issues

                                    Update my 26AS as per my 16A

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    This issue is regarding FORM 16A & 26AS. I've got the IDFC bond maturity amount and my TDS was cut @20% (Rs. 4641); due to the wrong PAN updated by the company, which ideally should have been 7.5%.

                                    Now, after 7 months of complaining repeatedly via calls and mails, finally they have corrected my 16A details and provided the TDS with a 20% cut.
                                    Still on 26AS and on validating TDS, total...
