I have been issued fastag for my car KA03MQ7646 on registered mobile no [protected].
The account now shows debit balance of Rs 1150.00
I haven't used car on toll road for long time.
Whenever it iwas used I recharged my fastag with much more amount.
How the account goes in debit with4 using services?
Bank customer care does not respond.
Websites have no option to enquire or lodge complaints.
Kindly instruct bank to reverse illegitimate debit and provide statement on my emai4 :[protected]@gmail.com".
Bank should have complaint and redressal system.
Call center no. direct to visit websites and website is absent of issues

    Update my 26AS as per my 16A

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This issue is regarding FORM 16A & 26AS. I've got the IDFC bond maturity amount and my TDS was cut @20% (Rs. 4641); due to the wrong PAN updated by the company, which ideally should have been 7.5%.

    Now, after 7 months of complaining repeatedly via calls and mails, finally they have corrected my 16A details and provided the TDS with a 20% cut.
    Still on 26AS and on validating TDS, total...

      Redemption amount of IDFC infra bond Tranche 2 (Series 2) has not yet been credited in my bank account. These bonds matured on 26th February 2021.

      I have submitted all the relevant documents such as original infra bond etc. and they received on 19th August, 2021. I hqve been following up this issue with you since then but I am still waiting for the maturity amount.

      My folio no. is IDB0304193. Total no. of bonds 4 (5000 each).

      The REDEMPTION amount has not yet been credited. Please do the needful and share the status.

        I have received DD against the maturity of above folio number . Since we were out of India we could no redeem the DD . I Have been struggling for revaidation of DD since last 1 months but No Response .

          I have been with IDFC for 2 years and I have never faced any issues whereas recently I have changed my job So, I couldn't able to pay the last (oct) month EMI. I have already mentioned the same thing for the agent. But I have paid my last (oct) month EMI on the 11th of this month (Nov). Even though the agent behavior is rude and when I was not there at home he has shouted at my mother using filthy language and he also kicked a flower pot in my garden and while my father is confirming the date of payment he was very rude. Also, he messed my garden area and ruined my status in front of neighbors and my parents.

              For infra bond tranche 2, I am unable to update bank details online on https://ris.kfintech.com because after entering myfolio no IDE0213962, i m getting message "Invalid folio no" The folio no is correct as mentoned un the bond.

                IDFC fast tag not delivered till date

                I have ordered for two IDFC fast tag on Nov 7th for two of my cars, but till date it has not been delivered and no contact details also provided to us. Very worst service and I suggest not to use this service as you will not be knowing the details of the courier. U will also not know whether it will be delivered or not.                 Dear Team,
                I tried calling, writing and sending reminders since August 2021 regarding below mentioned Folios to both KFintech and [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com. I receive an automatic acknowledgement email each time promptly. But no further action after that. There is no grievance contacts in the bonds site.

                Tranche1 - Folio # IDD9500507 - Requested for a/c and customer contact info update. First email sent on 23rd Aug 2021 and multiple followups thereafter with no yield.

                Tranche2- Folio # IDB9500854 - Out of no where I received an email informing that the bonds are redeemed and deposited to my account. Since then I have been following up for my a/c info update and subsequent deposit. Again since last week of Aug with no yield.

                  I have paid my August 2021 due as partial because they assured it won't affect my credit score... And then paid the remaining carryover amount on next month with their convenience fees... And thereafter I paid my bills without any delay... But now I checked my cibil score it shows just 624 which is once above 750... I came to know that it's because they didn't updated my bills from August 2021... It's still shows unpaid even I paid on time... Kindly resolve this issue and get back my credit score normal... Thanks

                      Till today we have not received the redemption payment.

                      We have uploaded all the required documents on the link sent to us almost 2 weeks back.

                      But till today the amount is not credited to the bond holders bank account.

                      We have sent several emails regarding this but failed to get satisfactory reply.

                                Kindly refer to my letter dated 22.4.2021 attached herewith. Which was submitted to Kfin technology pvt ltd. Selenium towerS, Plot no. 31-32, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally Hyderabad- 500032, Telangana regarding maturity of above stated bonds. The case along With documents was submitted and also copy to IRDAI, Hyderabad ( copies of receipts attached). Please look into my case letter in which all details have been mentioned. So far till date no response has been received nor any action has been taken. In anticipation of fair justice, I hope to get clear action on my case and help me in getting my payment of matured bonds. I shall be greatly obliged and thankful to you

                                  I have purchased long term infra bonds with folio number IDBO235157, in name of nivedita jaiswal. i did not receive the amount on maturity, initially over call customer care told to update the bank account detils through the wesite http://ris.kfintech.com/idfc, this always gives an error...useless site full of bugs. finally wrote a mail for which i got an revert that the payment was processed in july, i sent them with my statement showing no payment from IDFC.
                                  then somehow after lot of trials got connected with customer care who says payment was sucessfully done in someone else account in may. Wow what a bank with word class systems . I have all the recordings

                                  Not I want my funds back in my account i have already sent all the details in the mail with form1, request letter, cheque copy, bank statements etc showing and prooving nothing has been paid to me... i think in such a case banking ombudsman should be the next level.

                                  Please update your systems it is a very serious issue

                                    I MR Vikas Vishwanath Kamble existing customer of IDFC n took a loan from them with 15325146 and i have the principal Amount Pending to of Rs 45983 which i was not able to pay after may 2020 due we all were in a pendamic period of lockdown n i just started working recently n the recovery staff of IDFC tellecaller name Ms Aarti from andheri east Mumbai Branch Has been harressing me with calling n saying that we call to my new office disturb my new job profile n make me terminate from my new job n used many kind of bad words used to me n my family members n my relatives n friends i request u to say that tell them to stop harressing because i know how imprtant is too pay my loan repayment
