I MR Vikas Vishwanath Kamble existing customer of IDFC n took a loan from them with 15325146 and i have the principal Amount Pending to of Rs 45983 which i was not able to pay after may 2020 due we all were in a pendamic period of lockdown n i just started working recently n the recovery staff of IDFC tellecaller name Ms Aarti from andheri east Mumbai Branch Has been harressing me with calling n saying that we call to my new office disturb my new job profile n make me terminate from my new job n used many kind of bad words used to me n my family members n my relatives n friends i request u to say that tell them to stop harressing because i know how imprtant is too pay my loan repayment

For wich I have not received the payment
Although Form 26AS shows payment is made.
Kindly look into and send the payment

Submitted balance transfer DD 2.5 lacs from HDFC to IDFC. confirmation text received. Account still open. Notified me after 1 yr. Harassment is unbearable. Abusive threatening calls, home visits, telling neighbors and security abt me being fraud etc.
Have sat for hrs at their andheri office to get my DD back. Have been waiting for my DD since 8mnths, also paid EMI during this period. Still no idea where my DD is. I dont want to pay any more interest. As its their fault. I request compensation for harassment to me and my family members and friend

I am holder of IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds-Tranche 3, Registered Folio no IDC0211801 which has matured on[protected]. TDS of Rs 1815/- has been deducted as shown in AS 26 against my PAN Card No but no payment has been made to me till date whereas i have submitted copy of cancelled cheque through email as desired. kindly resolve the issue on priority as i have to file my IT return.

I find from 26AS of my PAN ABAPB8873F for the financial year 2020-21 ( Assessment year 21-22 ), you have paid Rs. 24200/- and tax deducted at source Rs.1815/- in the name of Pushpendra Kumar Bhandari but payment has not received by me till date..

In IDFC, I have invested Rs. 20000/- ( four Bonds )vide my application No. 17777151 dated 27 Feb 2012 vide cheque No. 054362 dated 27th Feb 2012 and to be matured after 10 years from the deemed date of allotment which will be due for payment 27th Feb 2022 but you have matured in the financial year 2020-21 instead of financial 2021-22.

my Query is as below.

1. The payment of above invested not received by me till date. Please make the payment in my state Bank of India saving bank account No. XXXXXXX7376, Bank code No. SBIN0001533 in Udaipur branch in the Name of Pushpendra Kumar Bhandari .
2. Please also send the details of principal amount, Interest and ITDS deducted thereon for filing of Income tax return for the financial year 2021-22 .

Firstly After paying all dues on time they charged me a bounce charge, Now All dues are clear still they are debiting amount from my account, ECS process is not completed from their side and now when I called their Customer Care They Have no answer, Poor response Pathetic Worst Service And irresponsible people, they screwing customer's Cibil reports

I had raised a request to update the IFSC and other details needed for transfer of my IDFC Bonds (Folio No:IDD0276684) .
on 22nd July 2021.I had also successfully received Re1 into my federal bank on 22nd July 2021. (Ref:FT IMPS/IFI/[protected]/ACC VALIDATION).

In this connection I did various E-mails about 7-8 mails for regarding non receipt of proceeds to credit to my account with Icici Bank.
I submitted original DD no 1711053 dated 22/02/2021 for Rs.41466/- which was outdated, along with return request, account details format, copy of PAN card, copy of energy bill, cancelled cheque of my saving account with ICICI bank Surat which were delivered to Hyderabad on 07/06/2021 by courier.
On 15/06/2021 rupees 1/- is credited to my account for account verification process but thereafter remaining amount still not credited to my account.

In this connection I refer to my various E-mails about 7-8 mails for regarding non receipt of proceeds to credit to my account with ICICI BANK surat despite I submitted to you original DD no 1711053 dated 22/02/2021 for Rs.41466/- which was outdated, along with return request, account details format, copy of PAN card, copy of energy bill, cancelled cheque of my saving account with ICICI bank surat which were delivered to you on 07/06/2021 by courier.

Dear sir,

I am holding of IDFC Lon Term Infrastructure Bonds-Trenche-3, in electronic form with enclosed details. Maturity of the bonds was 30.3.21, but maturity value is not credited in my bank account till date.
I have tried to contact to M/s Karvy computer Share Pvt.Ltd., registrar of this bond, through email and letter by post, but both ae returned -not reached to them. Letter by post is returned with comments 'addressee is left'.

My address has been changed prior to maturity date meanwhile, but bank account is same.

All of my details is written in my letter endorse to M/s Karvy computer Share Pvt.Ltd. which is enclosed herewith.

You are requested to refund the maturity values of the bonds to my bank account as detailed in the letter. If you require to communicate further me, you can update my address, mobile no., email, etc. in your record and send communication on new address.
