I didnt receive the DD after maturity of my policy. They say the DD was sent via AVIRAL Courier back in March but I have still not received. I received an sms to update the bank account details at KFINTECH.
After several attempts to get the bank account details updated at kfintech website, I end up in some error and am unable to update the bank details.
I started email exchange with but they are just giving copy-paste responses without even trying to understand and fix the problem. In my email, I have attached scanned copies of request letter to update bank account, cancelled cheque and physical policy document.
This is very unprofessional of IDFC to make the customers follow up again and again for their own money after policy maturity. Please have someone look at this urgently.
