I tried calling, writing and sending reminders since August 2021 regarding below mentioned Folios to both KFintech and [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com. I receive an automatic acknowledgement email each time promptly. But no further action after that. There is no grievance contacts in the bonds site.
Tranche1 - Folio # IDD9500507 - Requested for a/c and customer contact info update. First email sent on 23rd Aug 2021 and multiple followups thereafter with no yield.
Tranche2- Folio # IDB9500854 - Out of no where I received an email informing that the bonds are redeemed and deposited to my account. Since then I have been following up for my a/c info update and subsequent deposit. Again since last week of Aug with no yield.
