I have purchased long term infra bonds with folio number IDBO235157, in name of nivedita jaiswal. i did not receive the amount on maturity, initially over call customer care told to update the bank account detils through the wesite http://ris.kfintech.com/idfc, this always gives an error...useless site full of bugs. finally wrote a mail for which i got an revert that the payment was processed in july, i sent them with my statement showing no payment from IDFC.
then somehow after lot of trials got connected with customer care who says payment was sucessfully done in someone else account in may. Wow what a bank with word class systems . I have all the recordings
Not I want my funds back in my account i have already sent all the details in the mail with form1, request letter, cheque copy, bank statements etc showing and prooving nothing has been paid to me... i think in such a case banking ombudsman should be the next level.
Please update your systems it is a very serious issue
