-Bonds in physical mode
1.For change in bank account:
a) Request letter (as per Format-I below) & Format-I Bank Mandate change
b) Attach cancelled cheque or photocopy of cheque of the new bank account.
c) (a & b) above to be send to Registrar/Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd. on their aforesaid address (Sl. No.2 above)
2.For change of address:
a) Request letter (as per Format-II below) & Format II Change of Address
b) Self-attested copy of new address proof of any one of the below viz:
Voters' ID
Passport
Aadhar Card
Latest* bank statement/ passbook.
Latest* Electricity Bill / Landline telephone bill (*not older than 3 months)
c) (a & b) above to be send to Registrar/Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd. on their aforesaid address (Sl. No.2 above)
