2). Writing to IDFC First Bank in Facebook and Twitter.
3). Lodging complaints at consumer complaints.
4). Sent required documents for uploading bank details to [email protected] after they responded via twitter.
5). Money (1734/ less than maturity amount) credited to my account in April. Infrastructure Development Finance Company [IDFC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
