Infrastructure Development Finance Company [IDFC] — Non-receipt of matured amount of IDFC First Bank Ltd. Infra Bond - Tranche1/FY2012( Folio no.- IDD0291062 - Series-S02)

The above subject "Infra Bond" matured on 31st December 2021 but the matured amount has not been remitted yet to my Bank account, registered with you. I have already informed my concern through emails, addressed to the ids' "einward.[protected]@kfintech.com" & "[protected]@idfcfirstbank.com" on 11th & 13th Jan 2022. It was informed per return mail that the matter will be looked into but without result till date.

In view of the above, I would request for necessary action to immediately remit the matured amount to my registered bank account.
