Infrastructure Development Finance Company [IDFC] — Tranche 1 (FY 2010-11) Long term Infrastructure Bonds redemption not received

I had provided by bank account details for online transfer on maturity. Instead they chose to send cheque on address I no longer reside. The cheque got delayed. Now, there is no response on their e mail id. Customer care line is not accepting my folio no.
