Duplicate product and not working product i was return but not reply any

Infrill.com - differenct product sent/even not working open
They send the different product. Which is not working properly. Featured shown by site and product is completely different. I paid rs.2800 for the smartwatch. It's a fake company. I have sent them to return request. But no reply from them. I was submitted return request before 15 days but not any body reply and not refund my money.
