Infrill.com — receive different and cheap product

I have purchased a smart watch from infrill on 02/10/2019 (Seen advertisement on facebook). After. Delivery of the product it was found that the product was not the same i ordered, most of the specs shown on the website we're not on the watch. I pay 2969rs but they gave me product of 599 rs name is also differ. And ear phone with this is also different and nor working.
Further i requested the company many time to replace or gave me my money back bur no reply coming.
It is kindly requested to the consumer forum & the company take some action on my order.
