Www.infrill.com, from this website i am purchased one sports action camera worth Rs. 3800/- but i received cheap quality action camera, i have requested return and they approved my request but no action so far. i have order item on 05/12/2020 and received item on 12/12/2020 and requested return on 13/12/2020. No one is responding to my mails and customer care number given in the website is not working....

I have purchased a smart watch from infrill (Seen advertisement on instagram). After. Delivery of the product it was found that the product was not the same i ordered, most of the specs shown on the website we're not on the watch. And the watch was also defective as it was not working or switching on. I have received on 01.02.2020.
Further i requested the company within the stipulated time of the terms of return 1/2/2020

I have purchased a smart watch from infrill on 02/10/2019 (Seen advertisement on facebook). After. There do not have any phone number they also have a fraud facebook account and i have also contacted on their email address but they are not responding in that also the price of that watch is rs 2800 for that i want my money back...

I ordered a smart watch through infrill.com and it got delivered on aug 23 with order id 175569. On same day i initiated return as it is fake product. But they are given me a china watch of low quality and the battery has chances to explore. I had ordered a Zeblaze Thor 5 smart watch from infrill.com. Instead, I got a sub-standard, unbranded watch. I paid Rs. 3890 and the one I got is not worth even Rs. 500/-. I have raised a refund request and also raised a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer affairs. The name of the seller on the packet is Kronic Digital from New Delhi.

Has anyone received a refund from them (infrill/Kronic)?...

I had ordered a smart watch of model - zeblaze thor s 1.3inch super amoled 1gb+16gb gps smart watch but i receive is a third quality cheap chinese watch.
Regarding return issue is that they are initiating the return and not replying to any of my mails as i have been trying to contact the customer care. They dont even have a helpline number. I think they are fraudsters and they shouled be arrested and charged....
