I have ordered a smart watch(Zeblaze THOR S, Model 556698 ) on 28th June with order id #170065 and it was delivered on 30th June. When i opened i could see that the back side lid is not fitting into the watch and the battery was slight bulged and not adjusting into the watch. When i tried to switch on the watch with a long press its not even started and i tried with usb cable as well but no use. Highlighting this i raised complaint on the site on 1st July and i did not received any acknowledgement or message and again i repeated the same on 2nd July, when the request is submitted we could see a message that "Thank you for submitting your return request. Your request has been sent to the relevant department for processing. You will be notified via e-mail as to the status of your request" but I haven't received anything yet.
