My name is alok Verma and my ING vasya account number is[protected]. I did the request for account closing on 4 Feb 2016 at chandni chowk branch and same day I informed to bank through email also. After 2 months(April) I got a call form brach and asing to pay 834 INR to close this account cause of low balance charges for month of Feb and March. I asked him I given the request for account closing in month of Feb so why I have to pay the charges. I call on ING and lady told me she have a waiver of this amount and my account will close in next 24 hrs.
I called ING on April end and representative told me you account is still active. That time I lauched the complaint also for the same.Today(5 may) I got a call form ING and they said any how I need to pay this charges and if i wont do the charges will going up and up.
I did lots of call ING for the same concern and I didn't get any positive response. I wasted lots of money on call.
