Ing Vysya Bank — how to get noc for car loan

Address:site no 2 p l s nagar, rangaswamy gounden pudur, chinniyampalayam, coimbatore -641062

Sir we have taken car loan on 23.6.2006 of 3, 47, 000.00 and the loan was clossed on 23.2.2009
for that loan we missed to collect the noc for hypathication cancelation
for this stichuvation we aproched the branch they told to contact custamer care
we here with enclossed our r c book
our vechile no TN 38 AE 8649
please guide us what we have to do

I had taken car loan from ing vysa Bank in 2010 which was paid off in 2015 but i do not get the NOC from the bank now when I went to Kotak bank they are asking for loan account no which I do not have so pls help how I will get my loan account no or noc. My car no is DL4CAM4793
