I'd ordered the jumbo journaling kit in their buy1 get 1 offer because I was buying for twins. Inkarto sent two different sizes of their product. And then said "we always do this, thank you for understanding". Nowhere in their site is it said that they do this, their images for the b1g1 offer shows two different print but same sized products (which is why I bought it), and now they're just sending stock responses, no refunds, no replacement, nothing.
