Inkarto — No refund after return

I'd ordered a bogo offer. Had to return it because they sent the wrong product. That return itself took 3-4 weeks of emailing over and over again. Finally they took it back, they sent email saying they will refund. 5 weeks later, still no refund. And no email response anymore. So basically, they took the money, kept the product. Please don't buy from them, they're frauds
