I'd ordered a bogo offer. Had to return it because they sent the wrong product. That return itself took 3-4 weeks of emailing over and over again. Finally they took it back, they sent email saying they will refund. 5 weeks later, still no refund. And no email response anymore. So basically, they took the money, kept the product. Please don't buy from them, they're frauds...

I'd ordered the jumbo journaling kit in their buy1 get 1 offer because I was buying for twins. Inkarto sent two different sizes of their product. And then said "we always do this, thank you for understanding". Nowhere in their site is it said that they do this, their images for the b1g1 offer shows two different print but same sized products (which is why I bought it), and now they're just sending stock responses, no refunds, no replacement,...

Inkarto site is a scam, I instantly regretted after reading the reviews on google. I've placed an order on miniature items with an amount of 2950 for my architectural project on 17 of august. It's been 19 days now and I still didn't get any update on my order till now. The most important thing is that my project was for my end semester which was due on 30 august but I failed to complete it. I also tried to reach their customer support many...

Inkarto sent me faulty and low quality products. Their stickers had no “glue” and the rest came half faded and torn.

I sent them videos and complaints. There was no response. They told me to “cut and stick with glue” after a week of asking for a resolution. No refund or replacement was offered.

Do not buy from this company....

Toy ordered, but not getting shipped.. no response on customer care.. Order ID 24882

I had made an order of over Rs.2000 on Inkarto on 22nd March, 2023. And to this day, no tracking ID has been given and no shipment has been confirmed for my order. The customer support number given on their instagram is a fake number, whenever I call, it says "number does not exist". And when I DM'd them, they rarely ever respond. Now they are not responding at all. I called their customer support for bulk orders and all she could tell me...

I order my goods on 9th September and still have not received my goods and it's already 23rd September. It was suppose to get deliver within 9 days . I tried to contact them no response . The track link do not work . Such a poor service . They have not even contacted back.

I have order sticky notes from inkarto... By online payment... But still they have not delivered yet it's almost 2months...n they are not receive my calls n not email is also not found
