[Resolved] Inkgrid.com — Chairs/non delivery of items | |||||
I purchased a set of two chairs from www. inkgrid.com on 04.05.2017, order ID 278974. I made the payment of Rs 5760/- immediately online by NET banking and received an order confirmation. But even 20 days after the purchase, there is no confirmation of shipment of the items or any type of communication from the company. There is no response on their helpline [protected].I made several calls on the no. But nobody picks up the phone. There is no response to SMS also. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have placed an order for centre table worth 20000 and its id is 278996, till nw my product has nt been delivered and there was no customer care service at alla dn no one is responding to the phone calls... i feel dat inkgrid site is cheating people with a designed website... i just want my money back and get the order cancelled.

This is regarding order no ID 278974 purchased on 04.05.17 from Inkgrid.com. The comment by Inkgrid is false.They never delivered the product. They have responded to the complaint even one year later. This is their customer care.They are goddamn liars. The brand should cease to exist. People should avoid buying from Inkgrid.My case remains unresolved. I am even trying to escalate it to the ministry of commerce & industries for action against the promoters of Inkgrid based on various complaints against the company on consumer sites.
