Inkgrid.com — complaint against product 278174 ordered from inkgrid

I had ordered a Sofa couch from the site www.inkgrid.com and had paid the amount upfront for the Sofa. This was on the 23rd of November'2015. On the site it was confirmed that the sofa would be delivered in 7 days.

On completion of 7 days around the first week of DecemberI did call the helpline number [protected] and thats when the issues started . The team who picked up the call said that they have some internal issues and that they would deliver the sofa in another week.

A week later they stopped receiving my calls for 1-2 weeks. Sometime later in the Month around 18th December I raised a complaint on their Facebook site and I got a call from them stating they will come back in sometime.

2 days Later i got a call stating that they will deliver the sofa after 15 more days. Sometime during the week on calling the [protected] to confirm the same I never got a response. Towards the End of December I got a call from one of the Inkgrid officials stating that they won't be able to give me the same piece that I ordered as they ran out of material for the couch. I told them I needed the same piece or a refund to which they told me they will give me a piece with minor change and if I did not like it I could return the same back I very clearly stated that I was not OK as I wanted the same piece.

Finally on the call we agreed that there would be a minor change where the pattern of the cushion will be slightly different and If I didnt like it I could return this back.

The Sofa piece came 1 month later with a total change in fabric, Not even close to what was shown and the pattern was totally different and not even same.

When we called the Call centre number there was no response, then we called via the packers the number got picked up and the person on the other end stated we cannot do anything that we told you that the product would be changed. I clearly stated what was committed.

1- I asked them the Product and Fabric was totally different?
2 - Look of the product was not same of what was ordered?
3- This had taken over 2 months to deliver and I had asked if you cannot deliver refund my money.

There has not been any reply from the team since then. Every time we write an email or calling the [protected] no one picks up. I have written to the founder Abhinav S at least 4-5 times and he told me he would look into this .However he nor the team chooses to respond

When we managed to reach out one of the employees who has left the company he was mentioning that we are not able to reach the company officials on the number called as they have blocked the persons numbers who call with issues.

Lot of customers are facing the same problems as I read online about it. Request if we can get a closure on this on priority
