[Resolved] Inkgrid.com — Damaged nested stools received | |||
Dear team, I had ordered nested stools from website inkgrid.com on 20/03/2016 (Received two order ids for the same product: 276502 and 276499). The merchant sent damaged and low quality product on 07/04/2016. Since that day i have been following up with the merchant for refund. Earlier i received fake assurance that i will get a replacement product. Now the merchant does not revert to my emails and also does not respond to my calls. Contact details: call +[protected] or email [protected]@inkgrid.com. I have clearly communicated to the merchant that i do not want replacement but want complete refund of the money (Rs. 4950).
