1. Product no 276926, morgan wing chair with ottoman was sent to my address after more than 1 and a half month from date of purchase today (Date of purchase 06 jul 16, date of delivery 21 aug 16).
2.in the past one month, i had a harrowing experience trying to contact the company or customer care as nobody received calls promptly or replied to emails and finally had to keep following up with the courier company which took its own sweet time to deliver the product.
3. Finally when the product arrived today the look was completely different from the original picture, only the shape and size were as described and i tried calling your company again and as usual nobody responded. I have sent the product back and i want a refund or a replacement with the pattern that i had ordered. This is based on their conditional return policy. How am i supposed to get any information from the company if they neither respond to calls or emails?
4. Moreover they have come up with a figure of 15% variation in pattern. How may i ask have they come up with a figure in this regard? How do they calculate percentages in colour and pattern? The product i had chosen was white (Clearly mentioned in their description) and had 'ikat' print but the product i received was of a different colour and pattern didn't even belong to the 'ikat' category of prints.
5. I have sent an email to them with photos. However there has been no reply since 2 days and no response to my phone calls.
