Inkgrid.com — No response regarding my order for a sofa set | |||||
I placed order for a recliner set (order no 278848 on 1 May 2017). The last I heard from Inkgrid was about three weeks ago, saying the product would be leaving Delhi on 14 May to Visakhapatnam; I have not received any mail from them afterwards, and my subsequent emails are not read by them, and my repeated calls to their customer helpline[protected] are not picked up. Frankly I am quite disappointed in Inkgrid's customer service. Unless I receive an update on the status of my order soon, I would not hesitate to lodge a complaint with the consumer court and also demand cancellation of my order. I think this is a fake store! Is there any Delhi resident facing problems, that could go and see if the showroom/ factory physically exists please?
