I ordered an arm chair on the website inkgrid.com. The details are as follows.

Lorraine arm chair
The item was supposed to be delivered by 10 october.
It has not been delivered till date.
Customer care doesn't pick up my calls. There is no response to my emails.
What should i do.
It seems that i have no option but to register a fir.
Please help.
