[Resolved] Inkgrid.com — Sent damaged product, and not taking it back. | |||||
I bought a shoe-rack for Rs.12000 from Inkgrid.com. They sent a damaged product, but the delivery guys refused to take it back with them. I immediately reported the issue with the company, and was promised that it will be picked up in a couple of days, and my money will be refunded. It's been around 10 days since then, and they are neither answering any calls (tried from multiple numbers) nor replying to any mails. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hahahah! You guys take your customers for fools. Writing replies here pretending that you are working day- night to ensure customer satisfaction. What happens when the same customer calls you or writes an email? Stop fooling around, return everyone's money, and shut your shop. Accept the ugly truth that doing business is not your thing. God still might have mercy on you. Otherwise all I envision for you is a future behind the bars.
