Hi,

The portal looks very promising and good deals on it. They cover most on the site but it's of great disappointment if guy have bought any. I'm not unable to get through them.
I bought subject item during the month on 21st July 2016 and paid through Payu account.
I have not heard any from them on my order:
- no order confirmation over to email
- no response on the contact number mentioned on the website
- no response on emails chasers sent to them.

Not even sure if I can cancel the order and get refund so that I can buy shoe rack else where.

Also, your item has be re-shipped, the same is supposed to be delivered by 18th August. The mumbai logistic team will follow up with you on installation of item as soon as the item reaches the destination city.
