[Resolved] Inkgrid.com — order delivered 4 months late | |||||
Order not delivered. They were not processing refund. I wanted new sofa... I got stuck as had purchased and no delivery. I had to make a trip to delhi only to push them. The team is rubbish. Rude and arrogant. Dont do any work. Finally they delivered 4 months late. Wrong size. Poor poor material. Asking for more money to get it to look like new. Is scratched wood and torn fabric. Looks worse than my old sofa. I want to return but saying we will not as it is customized for you. I have not asked for any customization. Only deliber as shown on site. It is nothing like that.
