I'd gone for USG AND STOMACH SONOGRAPHY. I was told to come at 8:45 am with full bladder. On reaching I was told to keep drinking water and on full bladder will do. But later was told doctor will come at 10:00 am not 9:00 am. No complaint book was available. Complaint can be raised only by indoor patient.

      Dear sir/ ma'em,

I had been admitted to inlaks general hospital in chembur on[protected] for finger surgery (Tendon repair), after surgery i have been kept in a ward, near my bed i have kept bose headphone and i went for the washroom as there was nobody in the room somebody in there staff stolen my headphones.

So i went at the management for the complaint, and readily they showed the cctv footage but as the camera resolution was not proper and that camera was unable to capture the room area we were unable for find the proper culprit, but there was the continuous movement of a canteen guy in our absence. Same has been informed to manager and she told us that she will investigate about this problem and will call us. But still there is no call from her till now. Please look into this.

Inlaks General Hospital Customer Care's response
In response to the said complaint, we would like to state point by point as under:
      1. It is true that the complainant was admitted in our hospital for the said surgery.
      2. At the time of admission, in every hospital including ours; it is a practice to inform and undertake the signature of the patient / guardian on a pre-printed patient information form in which hospital has stated categorically that "All Patients who are Admitted in the Hospital are directed to remove all jewellery in their possession and hand over the same to their relatives at the time of admission. They are also directed not to keep any costly equipment/mobile/valuable/cash in their custody during the period of their stay in the hospital. Hospital being a public place, the authorities will take any responsibility of any loss suffered by the patient while in hospital. All Patients are requested to kindly adhere to the Instructions to ensure safety to their valuables while in the hospital”. This has been duly signed by the complainant too.
      3. The Patient approached the concerned Manager who readily permitted to show the CCTV footage to the complainant on receipt of written complaint.
      4. Subsequently on the next day morning the management also saw the cctv footage and noted that at around 9.32 am on 10.01.2018, some person visited patient who never had anything in his hand but same person while going out was seen to be carrying ear phone in his hand. We also saw that it is true that our Canteen boy visited him only to serve patient as required but never had anything with him.
      5. Our General Manager HR had called and spoken to your relative to explain the matter and that the investigation has been completed from our end. We have full faith in our employee and hope that this complaint stands closed from both ends.

I don't believe this, now they came upon speaking a lie.
Well for your information that guy is my brother not a relative, and when I did check the CCTV footage nothing was seen in his hand while coming as well as going. so I'm wondered how did you managed to see something in his hand in the footage.
As confirmed with my brother nobody had called him for the confirmation, we kept waiting for the call for the update(as promised by the manager when the complaint was registered) from your end but till now no response from your side.

@Consumer forum, dear sir please look into this, whatever they have claimed its just a lie, till now I haven't received any reply from them.
