I take my pensioner father to the OPD line on the first floor of the hospital every 3 days to get his physiotherapy bill made from the CGHS panel. None of the OPD staff or guards tell us anything in advance and there is no signboard that there is a separate line for seeing the doctor and a separate line for billing. First I have to stand in the OPD line and wait for 1 hour or more and when my turn comes, the staff who makes the OPD papers says that these are your billing papers and billing is not done here, its counter is inside. Then when I go to the billing counter, there is only one staff sitting there to do the billing whose working speed is very slow. Most of the senior citizens come to the billing counter to get their billing done and it takes them 15 to 20 minutes to do the billing of one person. And to get the billing done also one has to stand in the line for at least 1:30 to 2 hours. The hospital is built to provide facilities to the people but on the contrary, people and senior citizens are being harassed at the OPD counter and billing counter. Are you providing such facilities in your hospital? To save people from inconvenience, the staff at the OPD counter and billing counter should be increased so that people and senior citizens do not have to face inconvenience for a long time. You are requested to take action on this.

OPD system is very bad.

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent medical treatment(Reg. No.[protected] I received at your facility from Dr. Monika Jain(Gastrologist) at 18th Dec 2023 Unfortunately, after taking the prescribed her medication for my intestine ulcer treatment, I experienced severe adverse effects, resulting in severe condition with my eyes the condition called vitreous hemorrhage and I discussed about this matter with the Dr. Monika Jain as well but she repeated the same medicine even after discussing the seriousness of my condition. After that the situation with my gets worse.

    I understand that medical treatments can vary, and individual reactions may differ. However, the unexpected negative consequences of the prescribed medication have left me in a worsened state of health. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a refund for the associated medical expenses.

    I believe in the importance of quality healthcare and have always trusted your hospital's reputation. However, this unfortunate incident has shaken my confidence in the care provided. I kindly ask that you review my case promptly and consider issuing a refund for the incurred expenses.

      A patient by the name Dipti Roy was admitted to ICU-II-21 on 10th September 2023 at 10.44 PM.

      The patient was wearing a Gold Kadha in her left hand which was removed by one of the hospital staff who was in charge that night and has not handed over the ornament to the family member.

      We demand to know why the ornament was removed by the hospital authority and why it has not been handed over to the family member? Why such an irresponsible behavior has been shown by the hospital authority?

      We want to get the ornament back as soon as possible. We want this complaint to be taken seriously and would really appreciate the plan of action that is to be taken by the hospital in getting the ornament back to the owner.

      We will be really grateful to the recognized hospital for handing us over the ornament immediately.

        This is complaint regarding hospital lab authority. We have booked our Cardio tests. And patient being on fasting since 12 hours and echo doctore kept on waiting saying we have patient and when peeked in room there was no patient and doctors.. how could you think that senior citizen of age 70+ can keep on waiting since 9 in morning and it's 11:40 now. No inlined patient and they are not attending after several complaints. Type of harrasment and rude behaviour with senior citizen should not be tolerated . We are associt d with your hospital for past 10 years and past two years beahivour of staff and waiting without reason is ridiculous.. echo, ECG cardio, lap staff are seriously worst

            Respected Director sir
            I want to draw the kind attention of the authorities towards the irresponsible behaviour of the doctor as well as other staff members at Action Balaji hospital, Paschim vihar.
            I, patient Rajesh Yadav, IP no. SB 23/17289 was admitted in your reputed hospital on 11/05/23, under doctor Monica Jain with a complaint of severe stomach ache and was discharged on 13/03/23 by paying a total amount of ₹62, 883.
            It gives me immense pain to inform you that neither in ICU nor in the ward, Dr Monica Jain visited me even once. My attendant and I wasn't aware of either the problem or the treatment.

            In OPD too, Dr. Monica Jain wasn't available yesterday i.e. 16 / 05/23, during her prescribed timings.Also, the behaviour of ANM and GNM in ICU wasn't as per the comfort of the patient .
            Technical staff seems quite untrained. There are a lot of bruises on my body due to the ### of the needle at the wrong places.
            Kindly look into the matter so that the other patients may not suffer the same behaviour in the future.
            Hoping for the positive response.

                  I came to the hospital around at 8:00 AM in the morning. First the receptionist didn't start the line till 8:40 AM because the other receptionists was on leave.
                  when my number came they said today is not your doctor opd day but my doctor wrote that date to come for check up.
                  I said that kindly make the other doctor opd card but she refused to made the card.
                  Me and my wife both are working. We have to take leave for check up.
                  If it is doctor mistake why we should suffer.
                  Our leave just wasted because doctor wrote the wrong date.

                    Sir, please look into the matter of very slow process of billing for test of diebetic patients on 29/09/2022.. As you are aware that diabetic patients are to be empty stomach for last 12 hours which is detrimental to their health
                    I made request at reception counter but in vien. It took 2 hours for the billing.
                    Kindly look into the matter.

                      My mother-in-law was admitted in Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute, New Delhi during first and second weeks of September 2019. During day time, we used to stay in the Visitor's lounge and take the lunch (thali) from the lounge counter. Initially, they used to give two rotis along with Sabzi etc. for each thali ordered. Normally, two rotis were sufficient for me. But once, after finishing my two rotis, I asked for an additional third roti which they refused to give and I was shocked to hear that and felt insulted for just one roti. Though it is an old and very minor case, but still, I feel bad and insulted for just one roti whenever I remember that instance. I sent a mail to Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute, New Delhi on 14.8.2022 but they did not care to respond or apologize for the insult faced by me.

                        Today dated 23/07/2022, me and friend visited in emergency of bala ji hospital paschim vihar . We both were accidentally fallen down from our scooty so we went to emergency, there was a very deep cut in my left arm and it was bleeding so much, firstly the nurse came and saw the cut and said it is very deep then i said please be quick it is paining so much then she made a slip or items to be purchased from the pharmacy and said you go and purchase these items from the pharmacy they will be used on your deep cut . The list of the items as follows-
                        1. The rubber gloves which she had to wear while the treatment.
                        2. Two injection syringe
                        3. The cotton patti
                        4. Cotton for cleaning

                        And when i gave her all these, she started and done nothing she just cleaned it with liquid and put betadin on the cut and put the patti and rolled on the cut.
                        And she did not use that patti which i had given to her but she used the old ane used open patti And when i said please use that i gave you the new one, ahe said you don’t tell me

                        Please request you please change your emergency staff they just don’t understand anyone instead they irritate the patient who is visiting there with there problems at least you don’t irritate the one who is already in problem

                        And i want the refund of my pharmacy bill which item is not used in my treatment

                              My mother Krisna Singh admitted to the hospital about three days back in cath lab bed no. 5 ICU . she is complaining about heart pain since last two days, nursing staff and junior doctors not taking it seriously and not reporting it to senior doctor, which is a serious negligence. When we deny to give her money she used abusing word and said that if you do not have ability( aukaat) to give me small money so why did you get admitted here please take suitable action against this type of corrupt lady...

                                    My husband Sri Ganga Sagar was scheduled for URS surgery for kidney stone referred by northern railway panel on 04/10/2021. My husband is entitled for semi Pvt room. But inadvertently on refferal prescription, we had approved for general accomodation. But we were not aware of the this fact.
                                    For pre admission tests to get surgery appointment, my husband visited the hospital on 28/09/2021 and shown this refferal, and Accordingly given all relevant test samples. On 30/09/2021, alongwith all test reports, met doctor to get surgery date. And hence surgery scheduled on Monday i.e. 4/10/2021. But till then nobody not even Mr. Dev, the dealing personnel for panel, had noticed this accomodation error, however he checked all other details like which test is in panel and for what test we need to pay.
                                    We had told to come at 7:30 in the morning to accomplish admission process. We had reached hospital on time and accomplished all admission formalities and we had allotted semi Pvt room.
                                    As scheduled, my husband was prepared for surgery and medical staff took him to OT around 10am.
                                    After that, around 12:30pm a staff come to the room and said that we are not entitled for semi private room and we have allotted you economy room. I was shocked because I had personally enquired about the room entitlement from the lady sitting on admission desk. And now when my husband was already in OT, they asked me to shift the room or more appropriately category from semi private to economy.

                                    My only grievance/complaint is that why this is not informed me at beginning of whole admission process. At that we have time to think or make choice. But now when patient was already under process, I was not left with any other option but to pay the difference on whole bill.
                                    I felt betrayal. This is not done. I am unsatisfied up to my neck. it doesn't matter to me that at which level this mistake occurred but the only person who is paying and bearing all this is me. I will never come to this hospital again not recommend anyone else.

                                      I have submitted my form from last 30minutes but i am noth getting any response from other side. The one who submitted their receipt after mine they are getting there treatment first. I request you to look into this matter. Also if someone requested to Nurse Are getting their consult from Doctor before me. Also if someone goes direct to doctor without waiting for their turn are getting consult from doctor.

                                        Date of 29/7/21 my x-ray is done at 11.30am. I will come your hospital next day for collect my report. Your staff give answer your report not making by Doctor. You will come tomorrow... Sir/Madam it's very socking for me ... X-Ray report provides after 48 hour. Pls improve your system and staff capabilities.

                                        I hope, you take any action against your staff and also informed me. What you do against my complaint.

                                        If you not take any action, I will personally come your hospital and complaint MR. Raj.
