Company is making fraud of customers, they cheat customers by selling the laptops and desktops with pirated windows from their another division called used mart.
Prices are too high, service is very poor.
They do not pay to their vendors on time.
They hire candidates only to get the data from him. And after 1 or 2 months, they ask your immediate resignation by saying that your performance is poor. Also not clear the full and final.
Cast discrimination is there. They do not like sc and st candidates.

So please think once before going there or purchase anything from usedmart.co.in.

Dear Nitin,

your complaint itself shows how false it is. All the way from vendors to products to company culture to prices etc..

It is all just a attempt of defaming a company, where it is you who has cheated the company.

You have produced false bills/ claimed false money and running your own firm ( in same domain) while working for the company.

Instead of making these false blames better you clear your pending bills and complete your fnf.

Innovatiview kirti nagar complaints reviews - writing this for full of wasting of time - innovatiview kirti nagar - this company is total unusual for those who are working here and want to working there. They will call for interview but they will not hire you after qualifying same round.

In hot summer, their candidate takes full day leave or half day leave from current company and they are asking during interviews which companies or 3rd party agencies are best in india, delhi or noida for these roles & responsibilities for which your here. They are making fool and wasting our time and they hurts me and my reputation in my company that’s why i am writing this.

They are non-technical person and want to take interview of technical guys. Actually they want to extract information about market; they will ask you about companies in india & how much they will charge. They will ask you about those agencies and want to know which agencies are better for same work for which you are coming for interview.

I don't know, how they will think about us. I am very unhappy because, in hot summer day i taken full day leave for interview from my current company and they will just asking unusual question, if iam not able to crack interview then it is good but they have to do such things..

Thanks Amit, This is good. Why u people are arranging interviews ? Just pick anybody from the nearby highways and hire them as u need. As u are saying, Till now u guys are not facing such a complaint, now ur wait is over.

Actually, please don't take interviews i[censored] are not capable to take interviews in that particular domain.

What i hurts me ? : For example - if your employee HR executive will ask you about leave then what u will do just say go for interviews...Yes should be..

I hope you may understand ! What someone feel if anybody is needful for job and guys at your companies asking me about some other agencies for same domain.

I don't think mailing to you will be a solution for me.

So be happy with Innovatiview & best of luck !

I hope in future, Innovatiview will respect those ! I am not saying that Hire everyone but try to understand ethics of employment.
