[Resolved] Ins Tech — Online data entry job fraud | |||||
On 25th May, 2021, A person named KARTHICK(Mob No. [protected]) called me regarding some online data entry work & messaged me on whats app for the same. I was completely unknown to such sort of cyber frauds and in need of job during such tough COVID-19 times. The offer seemed quite lucrative & promising . This person ( KARTHICK) from INS TECH offered the job to fill 1000 forms @Rs25 Per form within 8days with 90% accuracy without disclosing any details of fine or fees. I had financial needs hence I accepted the offer. Then this person mailed me on my email. When I opened the mail an OTP came on my mobile No. This person called me to put the otp on some mail without informing me of its consequences. Aparantly, due this I had digitally signed something without even going through it of which I had no knowledge about. Then the person tells me a call will come you just say Yes & don’t ask anything else. He told its for verifying that Iam not a ROBOT. All of this happened so suddenly that I was not even understanding whether what was going on. Later on this person tells me that I have singed some contract (which I didn’t even read). Then I got a mail from the company providing me with user ID & Password to eworkme.com for data entry work along with some contract & acceptance letter. Later on when I read the documents I realized it was some 11 month contract with huge maintenance charges.The jurisdiction is also within Gujrat which I didn’t know. I researched regarding the same and found that the company is fraud and is involved in money extortion by duping innocent people . 1.As per the agreement provided by them the address of INS TECH is 407, Exora Avenue, Avdhut Marg, Shinapar, Gujarat. On research I found a Company named ORNOTA Solutions having the same address against whom many complaints have been filed in consumer courts & cybercrime websites . Even the helpline mail & number are common. 2.The helpline number of the company is showing to be fraud on true caller app & is spammed. 3.Their website is apparently fraud. 4.They haven't mentioned any CIN NUMBER OR PAN. Please help me, they are blackmailing me. They also have a copy of my voter ID. This causing me lot of mental stress & trauma. The User ID & Password are mentioned in the screenshot of their mail. All their numbers are spammed. Jun 18, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved TODAY I HAVE RECEIVED A MAIL FROM MAIL ID [email protected], they told to, mark the complaint as resolved, his name is Krish Patel( as told by him) . I have attached a copy of the mail. PFA. I called on the number 8347538043 . He told me to do so.
The mail read as follows:
"This is from the consumer complaint government site, we are here to tell you that, we have talked to the company and they said that you will not receive any call or message/mail from their side and by chance if you receive anything, then you can provide company's contact number to me, we will call to them and talk with them behalf of you also you have to mark the complaint as resolved in the consumer complaint site only then, company will stop calling and mailing you, And we did this with the help of our main department, they usually manage the main issues as of yours, company is going to cancel your every document (Case/Agreement) you have to just open your complaint link and resolve your complaint as soon as possible, if you have any query regarding the complaint then you can call or mail us, and if complaint was not resolved by your side then it's completely your responsibility, so if you want to close this matter with company resolve your complaint immediately.

The mail & person mentioned is reliable or not is unknown to me. The person claims to be an employee of your website i.e. consumercomplaints.in . Please help me in verifying it. No attempts have been made by the said company to help me or resolve the matter. Jun 02, 2021 Updated by shivanigupta448 SOME PERSON NAMED NEHA JOSHI MAILED ME YESTERDAY[protected] asking for money for some defamation case. I researched regarding this. I got her contact number [protected]. I called on this number I asked her name she told NEHA JOSHI after alot of reluctance... she shouting on the call.. then I asked do you know who is Shivani Patil as per SS attached. She told she is her. I searched for the BAR cOUNCIL nUMBER GUJ/2203/2009 BUT FOUND NOTHING. They appear to be frauds.
