I ordered one wireless keyboard and mouse touchpad on 22nd may 2019. I have made online payment for Rs. 458/- with delivery charges as mentioned in payment option. They shared the shipment tracking link (http://pickrr.com/tracking/#?tracking_id=[protected], but the product was not delivered and without any call or prior information they bring back the order as per tracker. I have tried to call on customer care number[protected] is not working which is mentioned on the tax invoice and on website also they are not responding on e-mail. They are not giving any updates not even refunding my money.in the tracking details it is just being shown shipped.in the company policy it is said they will refund if it is not being deliver within 10 days, nothing as such is done. The contact details they shared are all switched off or does not exist. The chat assistant does not reply. I am in a problem and unable to reply from them on e-mail for asking for refund the money. Please help and required to take leagal action on this type of fraud companies as on priority basis.
