Instamart — Product and offers and the customer care agent harsh

This is to get to public notice that the Instamart team and the offers are bogus they are just making people buy online saying they will give a product for 9 Rupees if we purchase for 299 and above,

We have selected products worth more than Rupees 348 and the offer option do not activate to add which is a + Symbol on the app. So called the customer care and the person cannot speak properly and his voice was fumbling. we asked his name he mentioned barsh or Harha so aske him to spell his name he says it against the privacy policy to not Spell the Name. But he can tell his name and not spell this is ridiculous.

when we asked why the option is not getting activated though it was 299 plus amount again he says it is our mistake that we have not satisfied the terms and conditions. I formally want to raise a complaint to against the company for not showing the correct details for the purchase and also against this person who is just rude in telling us we are at fault
