Recieved carton 3 litre cocoa almond milk just now through swiggy from insta mart..ONE CARTON PUFFED AND SPOILED MILK..REFUND PLEASE

I had placed an order of 1.5kg (440rs.)chicken from grocery and more of swiggy instamart on 7/06/2022.From CP prime fresh chicken, Rammurthy nagar. When I opened the pack rotten smell was emanating from the pack. I quickly escalated the problem to the customer service. After many emails and calls later they refunded 100 rs saying only that much can be refunded. I lost my 330 rs. The worst part was we had to bury the rotten meat to prevent strays from eating and passing away from poison. They still deny to refund the amount after many days.

Bill of ₹121 was booked and payment was done through google pay, amount was deducted. But no message of order placed or tracking in the app
