We were using instamojo as a payment gateway for our e-commerce company (www.candidknots.com). we had initiated refunds to all our customers but not credited to our customers account. But instamojo is claiming that amount is credited to their respective bank account by showing a fake bank transaction number. We inquired it with customers bank but their bank clearly said that no transaction has been done using the transaction number given by instamojo. 1000% fraud company. Was this information helpful? |
