I made a payment on Instamojo 20 days ago of Rs. 26125/- After 3 days of payment they sent me a mail for clarification about my business. They send me a link to submit the Invoice, Business Description, and other business documents. But, that link was not working. So, I tried contacting them many times to raise my concern. But, their customer service is soo much worst that one robot automatically sends identical mail without solving the problem. After 10 days they mailed me that My account is suspended just because I take the payment for the Insurance premium. They did not intimate me not ask for further details. they directly suspend my account and hold the amount. Not that they are not refunding the amount asking for Rs. 620/- as a transaction fee. But, the transaction is not successful.
So in short Instamojo is not supportive and not suitable for business.

    I ordered a test series book from infinity technology on instamojo on 1.12.2022. But still I didn't receive any book.I also paid the money.My payment id is MOJO2c01005Q95135135.Please do certain measures to get back my money or the book.

        Dear Instamojo Users,
        I want to telling you about Instamojo process.Seller gave me refund dated on 01/11/2022 but its not showing in my account. Because instamojo not cleared my refund in bank statement still pending. Even they don't follow any digital payment system or electronic payment policy restrictions as per law act-2019.They have not provide best financial services for consumers.

          Payment status shows refunded on July 14 and till date 22 August 2022 refund has not been initiated.
          This fraud company called mangobasket took 2898 inr for delivery of mangoes and they neither delivered the product nor refunded.
          After several threats over mail they responded only after next season of mangoes in 2022.
          After several mails and threats to complain made them raise a instamojo refund case. But as usual this also seemed a way to get away with paying my refund.
          Neither this fraud company nor instamojo have responded further after 14 July.
          Committing online fraud such cheapsters.

            Refund has not come back to my account

            Respected Sir,
            I Have Done Payment To instamojo for gst registration for Rupees 1236.00.
            AS I WAS NOT WILLING TO MOVE WITH THEM FURTHER FOR REGISTRATION, I SAID THEM TO REFUND ME BACK TO MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT MODE
            I GOT THE REFUNE FROM INSTAMOJO RS.1236.
            KINDLY SOLVE THE ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE....

                In April 2021, one of the buyer (Vani) paid for the course through credit card and unfortunately twice. 2) Buyer (Vani) raised a case - C[protected] and was resolved by holding the second amount. She went through our training and completed successfully between April-May 2022. 3) After an year, in April 16 2022, we were again charged the same amount claiming that it is charged back for Vani. When we reached your team, we did not give proper support on this and when we contacted your team they said, it is charged back by the bank twice and without Instamojo say. When we contacted the customer (Vani), she said that she got refunded only once for the second transaction and not twice. Where is the money now? What is the Instamojo stand for such cases? We request you to help us to resolve.

                  I signed up for a online course in Content Writing from one of their scammer clients Online Idea Lab - after waiting 1 week they reply that because their client has no funds held with Instamojo - I should contact the Online Idea Lab directly - If that was all that there was to it - I would have done that in the first place ! Instamojo is a SCAM operation. AVIOD them and their clients including Online Idea Lab.

Let me know again, how much time it will take to get the refund in my account. Why so much time is taking in this refund? Whether the time taken is normal as per process or knowingly its delayed?

                                I am completely dissatisfied with the seller's response. He sells faulty content and makes people fool.

                                As you can check in the product description, the seller clearly mentions that no watermark in pdf content but the product which I received, all pages contain the watermark. It is a fraud. Because other websites also provide the same material hard copy at a low price but in their material has a watermark and I don't like watermark during reading. So I bought it from here.

                                    I have subscribed to instamojo to initiate transaction.mine is a newly established smal scale bussiness . transaction are below 10000 per annum.
                                    Hence no license no invoice no gst no tax liability.but instamojo ask all these documents after getting first transaction.they did not realese my payout allthough I submitted aadhar card bank statement and explained my nature of bussiness.
                                    I lost my first customer beacuse of their complexity.
                                    The customer filed case for refund . instamojo is charging for refund also.

                                              I would like to report a scam happening for selling masks. We found the page 'ss equipments' selling masks for rs 80 on facebook. So we made the payments as there were many comments saying they have received the masks.
                                              The payment gateway was 'instamojo'.

                                              Ss equipments also had their site 'http://ssequipmentsshop.com/'. after 2-3 days of making payments, the seller said cant send the masks because of lockdown and he didn't refund also giving many excuses and lying to all o[censored]s.

                                              There are about 30-40 o[censored]s who fell into scam like this.

                                              Seller calls himself as malliga arjunar. Contacts given are: +[protected] and +[protected].

                                              All their pages on facebook, the website and page on instamojo were brought down after cheating so many people.
                                              I even raised a concern with instamojo - c[protected], but they did not help too. Guess they are also part of the scam.

                                              Many o[censored]s were cheated because the pages were so genuine and there were many comments saying people received masks, and later which was known that all of them were from same scamming group.

                                              We request to please help us in this matter and file a case against them and get us the refund. Attached is the invoice of the payment made.

                                                I load a payment of 100 on my instamojo wallet o 10 december 2019, i have been waiting for the amount to transfer in my saved account, instamojo trying to transfer the amount to wrong ifsc code that i haven't shared with them, i requested several times on their support mail that the code is wrong, i had shared correct ifsc also but they doing the same mistake regularly and payout getting failed i am assuming now that they doing fraud to customer

                                                  Dear team i have received the booking in fab.2019 and the payment gateway hold my amount due to chargeback when i login to my account and found there was fraudulent chargeback from the client.
                                                  Even he accept his mistake and told me i had send the email at [protected]@instamojo.com but they did not resolved this.
                                                  They hold my amount and did not settled. I did several mail to instamojo some of executive said we have 6 month tat to resolve this. I said ok will wait for that
                                                  Now more then 9 month still they are not resolving that issue is this fraudulent activity which they are doing how can any one trust on this payment gateway

                                                    Instamojo doing fraud process by hiding their process and terms and condition.
                                                    They approved my account earlier and after doing the business for almost a month they suddenly blocked my account with a message
                                                    "you cannot collect payments through instamojo. Unfortunately, your business is not compliant with our terms.". They are fooling there customer please help me in this.

                                                    There was no prior intimation or notice was sent to me.
                                                    They have disabled the option to take the money out in my account too.

                                                    This is a complete scam.

                                                    I have 70, 000rs pending in instamojo wallet and not paid out to me.

                                                    I want my money at any how. I am ready to go to court.

                                                    Please help me in getting my money back.

                                                        I had made payment of Rs. 1 Lakh through instamojo payment gateway. But instamojo has neither transferred the funds to ecommerce company (Markrefral) nor returned back the amount in my credit card since 5 months.

                                                          Dear sir
                                                          I Avinash Toshniwal made a payment of 9500 INR through mobiwik into instamojo. They said it will take 2-3 working days. First they verify my all documents and at day of payout they hold my account and say the given documents are not correct. I file a refund request then they said it will take 10-12 days but now they are saying my instamojo account is in nagative with -233.64 INR . And they again put on hold the money. Either they are not transfering my money in account nor refunding my money.
