Instamojo — They changed for unsuccessful transection.

I made a payment on Instamojo 20 days ago of Rs. 26125/- After 3 days of payment they sent me a mail for clarification about my business. They send me a link to submit the Invoice, Business Description, and other business documents. But, that link was not working. So, I tried contacting them many times to raise my concern. But, their customer service is soo much worst that one robot automatically sends identical mail without solving the problem. After 10 days they mailed me that My account is suspended just because I take the payment for the Insurance premium. They did not intimate me not ask for further details. they directly suspend my account and hold the amount. Not that they are not refunding the amount asking for Rs. 620/- as a transaction fee. But, the transaction is not successful.
So in short Instamojo is not supportive and not suitable for business.
