Instamojo doing fraud process by hiding their process and terms and condition.
They approved my account earlier.
They suddenly blocked my account and saying that your service is not in our list. They are fooling there customer please help me in this.
I want my money at any how.
I am ready to go court.
But i unable to understand why they can do suddenly such kind of things without customer notification

We have payment gateway of instamojo payment service. From this monday they hold our payout without any information.
I contact their team but they didn't provide any solution of that. & provide us any exact time.in five days they said only that we need some time. Very worst customer service of instamojo. I am requesting you please clear our issue.

I want to tell you that i bought a saree from [protected]@gmail.com website, which i paid rs.396 which i have not received yet. So i request, please refund the amount in my respective payment account. They not reply anything or not any information provided to me related for this issues. I try to many times but i didn't get any response from [protected]@gmail.com. Please take a valid & strike action against this fake website.

Instamojo was accepting my payments from clients before approving kyc, a total of 7 times since april 22, 2018.

Now, someone made a payment and they have accepted it in instamojo account. It is supposed to come to my bank account.

I uploaded my documents for kyc, and they rejected with invalid reasons as below.

Now, they are not transferring my already received amount. They are telling that they will transfer it to the buyers account instead of mine.

Conclusion: if you are rejecting my kyc, then future payments should fail, not the past payments. If you have accepted the payments then it should come to me not to my buyers account.

Transfer the amount to me asap, or else, i will come to your office with my lawyer.

I used instamojo to send money to my ant rs. 4422 into my account that i dint receive, after then i have been mailing them and its been two months now, they replied that pay rup 108 in a bank account, i have paid that, sent screenshot, now they are not replying and not refunding my money either. I am stuck with this issue and mailing them daily but they are not replying. I have tried contacting then everywhere but getting mails from different executive everytime i get it and that also about request closed and merged and they just fooling ourselves. I have been waiting patiently but now its enough. I need money back into my account or take an action.

I have transferred rs 10 from my credit card through "instamojo" link but unable to get back the amount as the link is invalid. Tried calling the support never was able to reach it out. E-mailed support and was informed to wait for 48 hours of time it's been 2 month still awaiting for the response. Pathetic.. One of the fraud websites. Kindly beware of this fraudsters and never recommend.

They promised me refund for failed delivery of products and told refund was initiated on 12th jul and it might take 10-12 working days.

This is 2nd aug and amount is still not credited. They've stopped answering my emails and didn't even provide me bank authorization number, so i double they've even initiated refund....

Dear sir i have used payment gateway of instamojo.. My customer payment for digital products from my website.. But some other reason customer want to cancel.. After cancellation i have to return the money... So i clicked on instant refund in instamojo.. But its going one month but still not refunded... There is now customer care calling number in instamojo.. There is only email system but reply after 7-8 days... Im not getting response from instamojo... Instamojo is fraud company.. They are cheating.. One day customer care called me, when i asking for refund he disconnected my call... And instamojo customer executive all are indian, and it is learned in hindi that hindi language is his mother language but they are saying we can not hindi... So i request you to kindly action in this company... Do not make business by frustrating customer..

I am a seller and my 3 payments were stuck which were made by my clients. According to instamojo, i'm doing fraud with them and they are asking me for service proof. My website is automatic and i was away for a few days from my computer and i had appointed no one to handle the transactions which is why my client's orders were stopped and never delivered.in a few days when i did not recognize this issue, my clients messaged me and asked me for a full refund. I processed the refund from instamojo but my clients never received the money and now instamojo is ignoring me they asked me to pay them 300 inr to process the refund.

We were using instamojo as a payment gateway for our e-commerce company (www.candidknots.com). we had initiated refunds to all our customers but not credited to our customers account. But instamojo is claiming that amount is credited to their respective bank account by showing a fake bank transaction number. We inquired it with customers bank but their bank clearly said that no transaction has been done using the transaction number given by instamojo. 1000% fraud company.

I bought a ebook from instamojo on 18/09/2017 for rs249 the buyer was rajdeep singh, the ebook was having a description "complete guide for ibps so it", by looking at the discription i bought the ebook but when i made the payment and downloaded the ebook and start reading it there was nothing all the notes of the chapter were in complete not even the basics thing were explained in the notes and yet they are claiming it to be a complete guide, i can provide the proof that notes are completely rubbish. Then i made a request to instamojo for the refund and they created a case with case id c[protected] and payment id mojo7918000a76475179 but the case was closed with a comment from seller that we don't refund for ebooks. It was not mention anywhere that ebooks refunds are not made. I tried to contact instamojo but they did not replied. Please look into this because they are not only cheating with money also are playing with future of 100 of students and companies like intamojo which only look for there profit not for customer satisfaction should be closed because they helping the seller like rajdeep to play with others money and future.

I have done allmost 15 lac bussiness in just 2 months but one customer is rase fake complaint in instamojo, without any verification and they stuck near about 1.5 lacs. They are sending mails and other things and they just giving me tension please dont intigrate instamojo in your online bussiness, its a cheater compony. They have no numbers. Cheater conmpony.

Hello sir i am SACHIN DHUPIA. Someone use my debit card for the shopping from company INSTAMOJO. The transaction done from the Mumbai and i was in Jaipur ( Rajasthan ) at that time and my debit card was in my pocket. so i cannot able to understand how it can possible? so i request to the company that please provide me information about that transaction and the details of that person who use my debit card. I already complaint in cyber crime bureau. I have an FIR copy which shows that it is a fraud.

I signed up with Instamojo to accept payments from customers. after accepting almost Rs. 13833, i was waiting for a payout. I tried every possible way to reach them but nobody replies. Phone number on their website is forever on voicemail. Nobody replies to emails or tickets.

It looks like my money is stuck with them and there is no way to get the payment other than legal notice.

I have lost amount of 12 lacs to Instamojo. I am using word lost because it is now more than 8 months. In this time, I have written them emails, called them on every possible helpline number. I even visited their office thrice but got no result. I blame myself why I chose them for my business. I am writing this review to stop other people from being exploited by this cheat company.
